How do you go from I need an excuse to oh shit this guy raped me? Tell me about it. This woman's mom is probably in her 50s, she'd probably fall for, "It was a pop-up!" Hell, I've gotten away with that with Google with the right people.

Rape allegations are a scary thing, because unless there is solid DNA or other evidence to prove that it 100% didn't happen everyone is going to believe the woman the vast majority of the time. That is a very sad and scary thing. I know this is nowhere near the same as rape, however, the logic of what you stated still applies. I had an assistant manager who was accused of sexually harassing this employee. Apparently he slapped her on the ass and made some sexual remarks to her. The real interesting aspect of all of this is that EVERYONE knew not to even mess with this girl. She was one of those deprived, goody two shoes, and quiet girls that all of the employees, even the girls, knew not to say anything to her due to her possibly overreacting. A simple joke from anyone that didn't involve sex would freak her out. Anyways she accused him of doing this to her and proceeded to get a lawyer. The corporate office came by and gave him the choice of quitting or being terminated, all because of her accusations despite no proof obviously. It's sad because as you said, the woman can make an accusation such as rape or sexual harassment and immediately they'll side with her.

I hate to turn this even further, but I know 3 different men right now that can't see there kids because their girlfriends won't let them. Since they're not married they can't do much, but one has:
Been to 4 court cases over the last 7 months. She's ignored subpoenas and straight lied to the people serving her about her identity. She failed a drug test while being tried in truancy court for not taking her other kids to school. Been fired from 2 jobs.
And he's not able to even see his kid let alone have her outright? The justice system is protecting women, but some of them don't deserve it.

That would just be a nightmare..sitting there in court while this girl lies about you and accuses you of a horrible crime. You have to know that they will believe her and nothing you can say will change anything. Terrible. The judge should be immediatly disbarred, he convicted on zero evidence, thus perverted the course of justice. The punishment seems fair enough to me. $90k is lot of money, invested properly he is set for life. Face it, nothing is going to make up for 4 years in prison. A teen girl is awkward and insecure enough, especially when they start to expolore their sexuality. Everyone freak's out, as they see a teen pregnancy or two and usually treat the girl like a slut. Loads of virgin girls go through high school as the school slut because someone said lies about them or they were in the wrong place at the wrong time, so they will tend to try to divert attention from themselves. 90K isn't that much money after you take taxes and living costs into account. I mean, it is a lot of money to be awarded (although it won't be a lump sum), but not enough to retire on. Growing it into a retirement will take quite a bit of time unless he hits it big at the track. I agree with the judge comments though, we do need to send a message that you can't solely take someone's word on an accusation like this just based off of their gender.

Nothing in this story makes any sense
Aside from the absurdity of a 26 year old woman being terrified of people knowing she watches porn, I can't understand how 1) she went from searching for an excuse for looking at porn to accusing a man of molesting her, and 2) how a court could possibly convict him based on no evidence whatsover.

Will he have to register as a sex offender or was his conviction completely erased from his record?

Stupid bitches like this is one reason why real rape victims are afraid to come forward. Amidst all the appropriate anger regarding what she did to him, this point shouldn't be overlooked. There are thousands of women who are legitimately raped who either won't come forward or when they do, aren't believed due in part to bints like her who think that rape is a trivial thing to be used as an out, rather than what it is: a very heinous crime capable of causing long lasting, even permanent trauma.

A 21 year old looking at porn had to explain it to her mom and came up with rape?
Give her the 7 years.

Why was she so afraid of her mom that she had to lie? The broad is 2 years older than me. I know plenty of women that watch porn her age. In fact, I was caught watching "porn" (it was some naked chick on college humor) by my dad and I just got a yelling to. My brother was caught with hardcore porn and he was was yelled at and had his laptop taken away. We did not accuse anyone of raping us. Also f*** Cars 2, it looked so annoying.

They are so many questions.
It angers me on so many levels.
In what household does a porn bust result in anything more than a conviscation or computer password change and maybe a few awkward days between each other?
Such a busted situation.

Shouldn't incarceration by justified by some kind of evidence validating the charge?

Shouldn't incarceration by justified by some kind of evidence validating the charge? The problem with Rape as a crime is that there usually isn't evidence.
