Back when everyone was waiting for the Dark Knight Rises I remember one poster here suggesting he felt Glenn Jacobs, aka Kane, should have been cast for the role of Bane. I disagreed, but could see where the idea made sense in a number of ways. On a similar note, I would like to propose my idea that if a remake of The Higlander ever does happen Kane would be idea for the role of Kurgan. If the film stuck to its roots as an action/comedy, without attempting to be "real" or "serious," the role would not require A list acting talent, and Kane obviously has the right physicality for the part. In the original film Kurgan was a large, physically intimidating, psychotic character-basically Kane's WWE character to the T. And the main inspiration for this idea is that I actually think Kane and Kurgan looked almost exactly alike during their mutual bald phase:
Besides which, I think it would be cool to see Kane learn how to swing a sword. And the image of him dressed up in 1980's leather biker gear is priceless!
