What I didn't like about tonight's segment is that Punk is supposed to be smarter than the average babyface. That's the main crux of his character. Why the f*** did he stay in the ring when three guys were coming down to jump him? It fits with Punk. He knew Ryback and Axel were going to attack him a few weeks ago if he went after Heyman, so Punk went after Heyman. He could have any match he wanted at Hell in a Cell, and he chose Ryback and Heyman vs him.

I'm looking forward to the Punk/Wyatt feud for the promos alone! Punk doesn't need the Pipebomb shoot promo in this case though. He can just as easily call Bray out for his "Ultimate Warrior-like incoherent ramblings".

There, I get why Punk let himself be put a disadvantage because he was so desperate to get his hands on Heyman. What grudge does he have against Wyatt to warrant this response? In reality, it doesn't really mean anything but I just thought it was kind of silly.

He loved outquicking and outsmarting people to get out of beatings, and would celebrate getting away unscathed, instead of stupidly playing the "I'MMA BABYFACE I'MMA FIGHT ALL YOU" bravery card. On the other hand, Punk did have a kendo stick. He probably thought the Wyatts would run away and hide under tables in the dressing room.
