Big E will beat Curtis on Smackdown, leading to a three way for the title. Count on it. If that's the case, I want Ziggler to win. The IC Title needs Ziggler more than Axel or Big E need it. The IC belt needs someone the WWE is willing to invest in, so the answer is Biggie.

Cena came back to rig polls for Big E.

Ah okay I misread it. I pointed that out in the Raw thread and I could've sworn it said Ziggler had 15%. Doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't rigged though, seemed like another way to stick it to Zigs and Miz like they've been doing for months. Can't they get in trouble for rigging the polls though? They openly rigged it the one time with a Bryan/Kane poll, becuase they did a skit on skewed polls to mock the election stuff, but maybe that was a different kind of scenario. Had it been a SMS poll where there were fees related to voting, yes, but since they've started using the app, that no longer applies.

They don't rig polls. Is it that unbelievable that Big E won? He's been a badass the last 3 weeks, standing up to Heyman, Shield, etc. Miz is a believable 2nd place considering he has unfinished business with Orton for the attack in front of his family.
Then again, Miz doesn't seem to care about revenge. In the last month, Miz needs revenge on:
-Orton for beating him up in front of his mother -The Wyatts for interfering in his Orton revenge match and then later stalking him, handcuffing him and beating him up backstage -Big Show and Stephanie for a knockout punch during MizTV on Smackdown and making fun of his career -Kane for choke slamming him upon Kane's return

Given the time they gave to the match and how both in-ring and on commentary that Big E took Orton to the limit, I don't think they had a problem at all with him winning.
That match really made him look good.
See, THAT is how you make a guy look good in defeat, not the Sandow/Cena thing from a week ago.

I'm not sure Big E was ready for that match to be honest. He's pretty solid in the ring, but I read on the dirt sheets that WWE catering served up some tasty kielbasa that night so....

Ah okay I misread it. I pointed that out in the Raw thread and I could've sworn it said Ziggler had 15%. I saw 15% as well and I refuse to accept that it wasn't that, I refuse to accept that Miz is 1% more popular then Ziggler. I have Raw taped I'll report in when I get home but I didn't think it was 15% live. Also I think Langston vs Axel IC title match was supposed to be on raw rather than Main Event.

that was about the only surprise for me in the poll. figured it would be Big E around the low 60s, Ziggler in the upper 20s/low 30s and Miz under 10%

But it was still kind of depressing nonetheless. It's kind of amazing how far Dolph has fallen since he was the World Heavyweight Champion. At least The Miz has been featured quite a bit on television, even if only because they seem intent on burying him deep beneath the Earth. Poor Ziggler has been lucky to get much TV time at all as of late.

The poll was rigged for Biggie to win. Hence why when you add all the % together it's more than 1. Hilarious!

Bad math or no, it's really a statement on a number of things.
1. How well they've handled Big E. 2. Wanting to see a fresh match. 3. How poorly they've booked Miz. 4. How poorly they've booked Ziggler to get somehow even less votes, no matter how many less, then Miz.
Basically, they beat Ziggler and Miz into powder and that's why Big E won I feel. It is a fresh match, because we've already seen Orton beat Miz and Ziggler thousands of times. Big E is at least a fresh face in the mix. But yeah, I do wish there were still territories around or even a bigger promotion for Miz and Ziggler to leave for so they don't get beaten down any worse.

If they can rig Cena Vs Rock II to be the greatest title change in WM History than they can rig Big E to beat Orton. Can't complain this time as it was the fresh match up.
