I figure that he'll be going once the next wave of NXT guys hit the main roster. Yeah but people have been saying things like that for 10 previous events as well.

Its actually fairly criminal to have a talented undercard who got over (Zack Ryder, JTG, Yoshi, Santino) who aren't fighting over a lowercard belt like the US Title.
Especially when they have THREE hours to fill.

With the way that the WWE and NXT is loaded though I figure that after Wrestlemania there will be a pretty decent influx of NXT talent hitting the main roster and the E will start cutting guys that they aren't doing anything with. Could I be wrong? Absolutely, but JTG's run with the Funaki pictures must come to an end some time and that seems to be a reasonable time for it to happen.

My question is, why aren't they using him on NXT? Allegedly, they offered guys like JTG the chance to go to NXT, and JTG said no.

I really want to know what goes on backstage because from all accounts, JTG was very over and had an innovative moveset.
Something tells me that the company is not sure what to do with him beside giving him a gimmick that is likely to affect the opinions of the shareholders.
The guy is criminally underused and could be adding a lot to the roster.
Look how Derrick Bateman is flourishing in the indies as an example.

I seriously don't understand why they keep him around. I thought he and Shad had some potential, but obviously WWE doesn't see much in JTG. He doesn't appear on Main Event. He doesn't appear on NXT. I don't watch Superstars, so maybe he appears there. Why do they keep him around? I guess he lives off his downside guarantee since he doesn't really appear on shows or have merchandise.

I feel like I should contribute something to this thread but I don't have anything to say accept JTG is v. talented and deserves a damn opportunity to do something.

I'll be annoyed when he leaves, because I always give my CAW a few of his moves, particularly the clothseline finisher

Remember when Alicia Fox gave him a makeover? I actually thought he might get a lower-card push from it, but I think he won one match and went back to his jobbing ways.

He's on many indies these days as well as some New Japan shows. Derrick Bateman is now squashing jobbers regularly in TNA.

Have Zeb Coulter as his owner too! JTG Unchained, with German-speaking Antonio Cesaro as his partner, taking on Zeb, Swaggie, and whatever hoss they find in NXT.

Isn't it 5 years? I thought Cryme Tyme got fired for some incident at a house show involving a ref and only got brought back the night after WM24. No, the clock takes into account the time they were released, so the six years plus is the first run and the second run.

I think that he was supposed to be fired at the same time as Shad, but he managed to slip through the cracks and no one knows he's there but he still gets paid. I hope he stays employed forever. I really do. Well Big Johnny was the head of talent relations at the time so it's very possible. From all accounts he was useless at his job

He was on Superstars the week after Summerslam as I was at that Raw taping and was so shocked to see him come to the ring as I had forgot he even existed.
