Beginning June 2013 and I have a bunch of news to report. -Kane and Vickie Guerrero have officially retired. I had Miz go crazy and take out Kane for his retirement to help him in his feud for the World title with Christian. Couldn't do anything with Vickie as she was injured. -Rey Mysterio and Lillian Garcia's contracts have run out. I kinda feel bad letting Rey go while injured but he's still going to be injured for a while yet. -Randy Orton went to rehab for alcoholism... right after I had him win a WWE title shot against CM Punk. And during his feud with John Cena, which Sophie seemingly doesn't want to end. -Trent Barreta is the next in line to suffer the dreaded 16-month Knee Injury. Wasn't pushing him much but I could always rely on him to put on a good match. -Rebecca Knox is being promoted from Development to the main roster. I was also urged to promote a training camp graduate but once I looked at his horrible stats, I just plain fired him. -Getting my roster similar to the current roster, I signed Davina Rose (aka Bayley) and Samuray Del Sol (aka Kalisto) to Developmental Deals. -Also signed Brooke Tessmacher to a Written contract, making an Extreme Expose reunion with Kelly Kelly and Layla in NXT. -Had to suspend Husk (aka Bray Wyatt) for a bit due to behavior but since it was near the end of the month, it only lasted a few days. -For the first time in a long time, I got a notice saying that TNA has more star power than WWE does. Losing Kane and Rey Mysterio must've hurt me that much, even though I just signed Batista. I may be looking for another big star soon, or else take a hit in Public Image. -In storyline news, I had Mike Dalton turn heel by breaking up with Kelly Kelly and am going to give him the Prima Donna gimmick, putting him closer to his current Tyler Breeze gimmick with a character I named "Mikey Dollface" -Also, King of the Ring is my next PPV and I already have the participants for the tournament set: Smackdown - Dean Ambrose, Seth Black, Antonio Cesaro, William Regal Raw - Xavier Woods, Evan Bourne, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow -Finally, in a bit of weird news, ROH just signed Jillian Hall, Rena Mero and Velvet Sky to Written contracts in the same day.

Is it kinda considered cheating when you begin boosting up the stats a couple points every week of lowcard and developmental workers in TEW? Because they don't really learn pretty quickly, and therefore don't boost up very much. In fact, it seems that after moving up a grade, after a few months, a worker still stays at that same grade. It seemed a bit more simple and easy in EWR where it isn't grades, but numeral points.

Just did the draft in my WWE 2004 game and I may have made Smackdown a little too stacked. Chris Jericho, HHH, Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, Christian, Big Show, Rey Mysterio... RAW isn't bad but SD is f***ing insane in my game.

Someone help me out with this one...how am I not national? I haven't played that version of TEW, but it says you need C+ importance in 8 different regions and you're looking at popularity.

I've also got a TEW2005 save for a 2002 scenario, playing as Ring of Honor. I might end up dumping it out, though, because the playthrough (currently one and a half months in) was just a test to see how quick it loads.

I guess my game agrees that I made Smackdown too top heavy since it regularly draws better ratings than Smackdown.

It seemed a bit more simple and easy in EWR where it isn't grades, but numeral points. Try having better trainers or having them working with better workers consistently. Another option is abusing talent trades and having a worker working for as many companies as possible so they can get more experience. EDIT: You're also probably dealing with the hidden "Destiny" attribute. Sometimes dudes just don't develop into good workers.

Gonna start a WCW 1997 TEW 2005 game over Christmas break using the Screwjob database. Any tips for someone who hasn't grinded in months?

Uh oh, TNA is starting to make moves in my game. They've signed...ERNEST "THE CAT" MILLER!!! I have no idea how WWE is gonna stay in business now.
Oh and they also signed some guy named Brock Lesnar. Whoever that is.

One time RoH had Terri Runnels as their top star using a Monster gimmick. In my own canon she was called Terror Runnels.

Starting up a game as my local indy 2CW. Only interesting thing of note so far is that New Jack and Eddie Kingston just signed... for Shimmer.

Results for King of the Ring, my June PPV:
-Pre-Show Match: Evan Bourne d Brian Kendrick
-King of the Ring Semi-Final Match (Smackdown): William Regal d Seth Black (Rollins). Regal defeated Antonio Cesaro to advance while Seth defeated Dean Ambrose.
-King of the Ring Semi-Final Match (Raw): Xavier Woods d United States Champion Damien Sandow. Xavier defeated Cody Rhodes to advance while Damien defeated Evan Bourne.
-King of the Ring Finals: William Regal d Xavier Woods, making Regal the first two-time King of the Ring since Bret Hart.
-WWE Championship Match: CM Punk d The Big Show to retain. After releasing Show back in September due to low morale thanks to an ill-fated program with Giant Bernard, I had signed him back to get some more star power (even though his overness went down into the 60's). This was originally supposed to be Punk vs Orton but Orton went to rehab and I had no other realistic contenders for the belt.
-World Championship Match: Christian d The Miz via DQ to retain. Miz has basically snapped, quitting Raw then moving to Smackdown where he retired Kane and now wants to win the World title. This will probably set up a No DQ title match next month.
-Batista d John Cena when The Rock returned and cost him the match. Cena suffered a 2-on-1 beatdown as there's some sort of alliance between Rock and Batista.
On paper, it might not look like much but this ended up being the best show of the year thus far. The lowest overall match was Punk vs Show, with the lowest segment being a Damien Sandow promo.
There's no other major news to report for June 2013 so far. CJ Parker found religion, whoop-de-doo. The Flock is also beginning to fall apart from within, as Ultra Magus Black is making a play at replacing Raven. Also, there's a bit of dissension in the Street Rat Pack as Dean Ambrose is mad that Sami Callihan didn't help him advance to King of the Ring. Though I could've sworn I hired Raven as a non-wrestler, I found him available for matches while booking Smackdown, so Raven may be more active in the ring.

End of the month update for June 2013:
-I have done the impossible: JTG is no longer employed by the WWE! I just never renewed his contract. Same with Gangrel, who I hired for a Royal Rumble surprise. Also, I released James Bronson a month before his contract was up by having him lose a Loser Leaves Match to Colin Cassady.
-In new hires, I made an advance offer to Tim Donst and he'll be with the WWE once his contract with XXX Wrestling is up. I wanted to get Paul London so I could have a London/Kendrick reunion but he renewed his contract with World Domination Wrestling.
-Rachel Summerlyn has graduated Developmental and will debut soon, probably on Raw.
-Natalya and Leakee have returned from rehab. I already have Leakee set to turn heel on The Usos and go solo.
-In business news, Mexican Premier Wrestling Federation have gone bankrupt and NWA Old School Rulz has opened at 47% Regional. No owner or wrestlers yet as it's still July 1 in my game.
-In storyline news, The Flock is already beginning to splinter apart. Ultra Magus Black challenged Raven to a Hardcore match for control of the Flock and lost, so he's taking wrestlers from the Flock for his new stable: The Celestial Order. So far, the only one to join his cause thus far is Eli Cottonwood. Also in NXT, Cricket Bigglesby (aka Green Ant) has been sick of jobbing and turned heel on The Throwbacks to join Archie Evans. Plus there's some dissension in The Ascension as Leo Kruger set up a gauntlet for NXT Champ Jake Carter, making it obvious that Leo's using the other members to soften him up so that he could win the NXT title. The only one to take exception to this plan was Alexander Rusev, who Leo had intentionally DQ'd and would later cost Leo the final match.

By the time my WWE 2012 game hits a full year in, the company may be going through WrestleCrap levels of insanity with new signings as great/odd as signings like Sting and Benoit, and maybe some questionable choices for pushes/gimmicks/teams (Much like: Zombie Benoit, Punjabi Domination (Khali and Big Zeke), Bateman and Ambrose). Soon enough I'll just be importing random legends from other scenarios and other stuff to insert into my game, while signing other odd kinds of people like Freight Train and Scott Steiner.
However, I'm still just playing WWE straight leading up to WrestleMania season. Here's my planned card for No Way Out (Elimination Chamber renamed back to where it used to be):
WWE No Way Out 2013
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Christian (c) vs. Wade Barrett vs. Chris Jericho vs. The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Zombie Benoit
Legends Championship - Tables The Rock vs. CM Punk vs. Steve Austin
World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Randy Orton vs. Tensai vs. The Miz vs. Mark Henry vs. Sheamus
Ryback and Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar
United States Championship - Steel Cage Zack Ryder (c) vs. Cody Rhodes
Tag Team Championship The Revolution (Dean Ambrose and Derrick Bateman) (c) vs. Seth Rollins and Xavier Woods
Cruiserweight Championship - Ladder El Generico (c) vs. Yoshi Tatsu vs. Sonjay Dutt
Divas Championship Trish Stratus (c) vs. Kharma vs. Twilight Sparkle vs. Sunset Shimmer
Please, be light on the negative feedback.
