See, I know nothing of the Power Rangers, so I thought he said "IT'S MUFFIN TIME!!!" I was confused. Muffin Enthusiast isn't a bad gimmick, tbh.

We just need either Emma or Paige to join the roster and the Boom Period will be in full swing.

Crowd didn't care, though. I can't be the only one who noticed this.

I got that feeling too. He yelled IT'S MORPHIN TIME right before hitting his finisher, and the announcers completely no-sold it. Actually doubtful considering "It's Clobberin' Time" was repeated twice by the announcers...WWE has a tendency to be overlooked by pretty much everyone that do not follow it unless the performer is in a movie I'd say "it's clobberin' time" and "it's morphin' time" are practically public commons now, meaning you can say the phrase without incurring any legal backlash. Hell, they used the "it's morphin' time" line in Friends, during the peak of MMPR's popularity and much more directly.

I dont want to take the wind out of anyone's sails but I can't be the only one who thinks that Xavier using the power rangers gimmick on the main roster seems unlikely? There's got to be copyright shit that would get in the way. At best he'll yell ITS MORPHIN TIME but never into a mic or in an actual promo just like CM Punk does with "its clobberin time" and that will be it. He won't be announced from Angel Grove like... I'm surprised they can get away with that legally on NXT even. Maybe there's something about copyright/trademark laws I'm missing here But even if is legal I find it unlikely he can make "Power Rangers Fan" into a full fledged gimmick. Maybe a "90skid' In general type gimmick MIGHT work, but it still seems hard to get across to a larger audience. On NXT? Sure. On RAW? Seems ... questionable. I got that feeling too. He yelled IT'S MORPHIN TIME right before hitting his finisher, and the announcers completely no-sold it. Whatever Cole called Woods' finisher "Best in the Woods". So the last people I trust are them.

I can't wait till WWE tries to copyright "It's Morphin' Time!" If that happens, then Xavier could always try saying "Shift Into Turbo", "Go Galactic" or "Time For Time Force". Turtle Power!

Well, considering the guy is insanely charismatic and only 27, I saw he's got a bright future ahead of him.

Looking at some pictures, It's weird how young he looked in TNA compared to now.

I remember their run in TNA well... Woods looks weird with short hair. Not sure if serious, but that's not Woods. That's Pacman Jones, I believe. Xavier Woods pretty much looked the same in TNA, except he was dressed like Apollo Creed from the Rocky movies.

Hate to be a debbie downer but I dont get the marking for its morphing time. Yes I watched mmpr in its prime. But he did a rolling clothesline. Not something super crazy. Was it for the move or the line itself?
