I wouldn't really think of it as a clean win since his arm is f***ed up and Del Rio has been working on it. To be fair, same goes for Bryan's win at SS.

I'll react with disappointment, because I cannot take another Del Rio title reign.

At least they gave me a match where I get to root for Cena who inevitably wins.

I'd like it, to be honest. Del Rio was over as a heel for a few weeks after he initially turned, if you all remember, and reason being was he wasn't just "AGREZZIVE Del Rio, look at AGREZZIVE Del Rio keep the armbar on after the bell's been rung, how AGREZZIVE of Del Rio." No, he actually was, for lack of a better word, aggressive. Not in the manufactured WWE sense of not breaking the armbar after tapping one of the jobbers on his Wheel of Aggression, but trying to decapitate Dolph Ziggler just days after he was legitimately diagnosed with a concussion. Him trying to rip off Cena's arm could actually bring back some of that heat; rather than just generic "aggression" with leaving a submission hold on too long, have him be a genuine sadist trying to end Cena's career out there.

Seriously. That was a great moment and the reaction around here was just how it was supposed to be (people said Del Rio went too far, hence the double turn or whatever). Honestly it's nice when someone mentions something like that because if I just read the forum and didn't watch the show I'd assume Del Rio was coming out to nothing but crickets his whole WWE run, along with The Miz or anyone else who gets shat on constantly.

Whilst beating Cena clean is still a rarity and enough to get most people over I don't see any reason to go to such an extreme. Punk beating Cena MADE Punk, sure you could argue that he was a multi-time champion by then and he was already made but beating Cena pushed him that little bit higher, it pushed him into being a demi-god in the wrestling world. Suddenly Punk winning a 2-on-1 handicap match seems possible for Punk when it didn't before. The same applies to Bryan too, he was previously a US, WHC and tag champion but all of those accomplishments combined doesn't do as much for your career as beating Cena clean does. Cena is effectively the living embodiment of the glass ceiling, it's why Dolphs feud with Cena was so painful to watch, it was him throwing himself at the glass ceiling in the hopes that a crack would appear, until the glass ceiling hit back. Cena tapping to ANYONE clean at the moment is a giant waste, injury or not. If that moment, ever comes, it needs to be the passing of the torch moment or the catalyst for a heel turn.

I honestly think it would stun the crowd into complete silence. Del Rio can be something if they actually put effort into his character. It was mentioned above, but him being a completely sinister opponent works for him. Not keeping the armbar locked on Kofi/Ryder after the bell while Cole yells "aggression", but as the man who looks to end careers.

I would be pissed. I like Del Rio, but I like Cena as champion. Cena holding the title is almost as if it doesn't exist. So if we HAVE to have two World Titles for whatever arbitrary reason, then it's best for the entire roster and the entire championship structure if the World heavyweight Title were just contained within John Cena's booking. That way they aren't stuck trying to haphazardly throw together a WHC program every month.

I'm not a Cena fan, or a Cena hater, I am usually indifferent to him and think him as a champion is boring, but I'd still take him over Del Rio, and wasting a clean Cena loss on Del Rio would annoy the f*** out of me.

Not because it's 'Berto winning, I enjoy his ringwork, even if his promos are a little bland, but I know that WWE wouldn't capitalise upon it. Like someone said, they should make a big deal about how it's the first time he's done it in years, perhaps pride got in the way and he should've waited to finally heal, maybe his pride has gotten the better of him. I know it's cliched, but they could plant the seeds for an ego-maniacal heel Cena who just wants to be in the spotlight and will stop at nothing, even if it means he gets hurt, to be the star of the show and win the belt.

Any shock and/or coolness factor would be destroyed once my brain processed that he just tapped to the least over main event heel in years
