I agree. I can't believe they never do a beach event. I still want them to find a way to have the ring floating on a giant body of water. Purely to see the ring shake like hell from big moves.

I'm surprised with their connections to NBC that they never had a few matches on New Year's Even in Times Square during NBC's NYE broadcast.

I liked those old WCW events which were done at Universal, or at the outside Spring Break pool event. But Vince doesn't have to compete anymore, which means he doesn't have to do this kind of thing..... Tribute to the troops not good enough? Um, they don't even do that overseas anymore. They've made it a regular arena event. This years Tribute to the Troops will be held at Joint Base Lewis/McChord here in Tacoma, WA. Taping is on Dec. 11th.The place they are shooting it is actually hangars 3/4, so they have to be a little more creative than the set lighting used in an arena. It's one gigantic empty they will be using. Oh geez, this is.......good to hear. Hope it translates as something different on TV.

When the WWE went public in 2000, they had a short (non-televised) card outside the NYSE. I'd like to see them do that for an episode of RAW. The streets of New Orleans DURING Mardi Gras could be interesting too (SNL did a show like that during their second season. It was a train wreck in both setup and execution, but it was still interesting to see).

Actually, the venue i would most like to see would be Walt Disney World in Florida. They could hold RAW in the middle of Main Street and have Smackdown in Disney Hollywood (if they have the old soundstage they shot worldwide on, otherwise do it in the main park somewhere).

I agree. I really wish the WWE would mix up their venues. They are so content running shows in the same arenas. It's hard to blame them, but I would LOVE To see shows run from different arenas. Smaller places like Hammerstein Ballroom, and occasional outdoor shows would be a lot of fun. If they can stage shows in Iraq and Afghanistan, then they can run more creative venues stateside.

I hope to be alive when they tape the show on Mars. Too late. Jericho already did it. He wrestled Max Moon.

A few years back they had a house show in a Roman or Greek collesium, but they didn't film it. It would have been so cool to have a Roman themed event ACTUALLY take place in an arena that fits it (not counting Caesar's Palace, that made sense, more talking about Royal Rumble 06).

I like a rotating ring like the old WCW Saturday Night set. I would prefer for it to actually be rotating as the match takes place. Particularly an Antonio Cesaro contest.

WCW did a few spring break shows from Club La Vela where the ring was in the pool. Was an interesting look.
