Kevin Dunn: "NO! Every arena must be set up to look exactly the same! Every move must be shot for the hard camera!"

It's cool from our perspective but if they go somewhere that doesn't hold as many people it's a loss of money from their perspective right? And why would they sacrifice that just for some new looks?

I still want them to find a way to have the ring floating on a giant body of water. Purely to see the ring shake like hell from big moves. WCW did a few spring break shows from Club La Vela where the ring was in the pool. Was an interesting look. That's entirely my reason for wanting it. I loved when WCW did it.

Whenever WCW held Nitro with the ring surrounded by water, I'd mark. That was one of my favorite things they did. I used to try and mimic it in my pool with action figures.

I agree. I really wish the WWE would mix up their venues. They are so content running shows in the same arenas. It's hard to blame them, but I would LOVE To see shows run from different arenas. Smaller places like Hammerstein Ballroom, and occasional outdoor shows would be a lot of fun. If they can stage shows in Iraq and Afghanistan, then they can run more creative venues stateside. I like the idea of the Hammerstein Ballroom. I think WWE should do smaller venues for SmackDown shows (both TV and house shows). Like fully embrace SD as the B-show and run it in smaller venues with the actual expectation that it would draw less than RAW shows.

I like the idea of smaller venues like the Hammerstein ballroom or the Manhatten Centre. Only problem is I don't want the shows dominated by scaldy smarks.

They should do it in Detroit and each time they come back from commercial break something from the set had been stolen. Kind of like in high school high. Like the announce desk is missing.
Also Indian burial ground would be refreshing.

A new PPV: WWE Dog Collar Match, live from the enclosed pool area at Chris Benoit's house (the garage door opens at 7).
