Being that I'm a fan of idiosyncratic ratings, I'd put this year as Chop To The Throat/10.
Approximately it'll amount to a 2/10.

Man, 2013 was a shitty year for me. Barely hung out with my friends and spent nearly every weekend at home. I'm sick of seeing my annoying co-workers every day. Thank god I'm moving to a new city after new years. Hopefully things will change.
