Can you imagine some of the hilarious names we'd have gotten during the MNW?
In WCW there main event would have "The Immortal" Hulk Bollea vs. "Tough Gut" Randy Poffo. It probably would've killed a lot of WCW momentum.
Also WWE's debut of Y2J Chris Jeriko.
And I know performers own names at times and some legality has changed, but let's just have fun k?

For some reason they still had the Brutus the Barber Beefcake and Big Bossman gimmicks trademarked. That really wreaked havoc on their respective WCW stints.

You know what's worse? TNA giving guys new names, as if they would be afraid they'd go to WWE with their TNA name or something. And I'm not talking about names they have to give people. Like, when Austin Aries was Austin Starr for example, or when Low Ki became Senshi.

To be fair, it's less of a case of WWE being stringent with copyrights elsewhere and more of them not letting guys achieve super-stardom under a name/gimmick that they came in with and own themseleves anymore, as was the case with Hogan, Piper, Savage, Jake "the Snake," Sgt. Slaughter, etc. etc.
It wouldn't have been Bulk Bogan in WCW, it would have all started with WWF champion "the immortal" Devyn Richardson.
