I just finished watching Dead Snow and couldn't stop laughing at it. I know it was suppose to be a horror movie but I was in tears laughing. Are there any movies you aren't suppose to find funny but laugh at anyway

Van Hellsing is hilarious and a good 95% of that humor in unintentional.

I found Drag Me to Hell pretty unintentionally funny. It just proved to me that I really don't get horror movies.

My brother and I found ourselves laughing pretty good at the movie "Mirrors," but that could have been due to lack of sleep.

Spider-Man 3 is an awesome comedy.
Not an entire movie but that scene in A Simple Plan when the old lady gets blasted with a shotgun and goes flying like ten feet into the air was absurdly random and hilarious.

Spider-Man 3 is quite possibly the funniest movie to come out in the past decade.

Yes. Tommy has tried to claim otherwise, but no, it is not even remotely intentionally funny. Eragon is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen in theaters. I actually went to see it 3 times due to that.

Poltergeist
I cracked up when that tree grabbed that kid. It's considered a horror classic but I can't take it seriously. Way too over the top and ridiculous.

Hum, Dead Snow was supposed to be funny, although from the bits I've seen it looks more dumb and occasionally confusing than funny. Again, it was pretty obviously meant to be comedic. I'm confused that anyone would think the movie was playing things straight. It has a scene that's an hologram representation of Crystal Lakes with chicks saying the phrase "we love pre-marital sex!" for crying out loud! Anyway aside from the "classic" so-bad-it's-good films (Plan 9, Birdemic, Zardoz, House of the Dead, etc...), there's quite a few horror films that end up being hilarious to me when they're bad: Paranormal Activity 2. Honestly, I wouldn't have gone to see it if I hadn't met friends of mine on their way to the theatre. It was mostly as bland and predictable as I expected it to be (Wow! Another jump scare! It's still scary and unexpected after the 15th time they do it!) but I did not expect the unintentional comedy. There was that adorable scene with the baby being levitated which I'm sure was supposed to be very scary but ended up being hilarious to me because of how nonplussed the baby was. Sorry but I'm not taking your witch as a serious threat if she can' even scare a baby. Also it just plain looked silly. There was also the scene in which the girl falls down the stairs and comes back up hours later which, if done right could have been ominous, unfortunately the editing made it look like she had a pratfall then went right back up uninjured like she was Wile E. Coyote (okay that's not entirely fair: Wile E. would have had a few bruises and missing teeth). Finally, and perhaps my favourite was the mother RUNNING FOR HER LIFE because... a pot fell!! Twice!! The only possible explanation is witchcraft! The fact that she turned out to be right only makes this movie even sillier. Beware the mild inconvenience witch!. Note that those are the three main funny moments I can remember off the top of my head but there were many more that made me laugh. Final Destination 5: so that's the one many people consider a good return to the series' roots, huh?... yup, I don't know what Final Destination 5 they watched but it must have been a different one from mine. First, the CGI is abysmal, it honestly wouldn't have looked impressive on the PS1. Second, it's one of those 3D movies that feels the need to have a shot made specifically for the 3D that jarringly and obnoxiously flies at you every five seconds. It looks like shit in 2D and frankly I doubt bad CGI blood thrown at your face looks better in 3D. Third, it's got to be the dumbest of these movies and that's really saying something considering this franchise's standards, with characters constantly acting stupidand some of the silliest, less believable deaths in the franchise (oh no! Powder in my eyes! This obviously makes me lose control of my momentum and prevents me from dropping from the bars! Oh no! I have let go! This naturally gives me enough momentum to go flying upwards and land face first, snapping my entire body in two with my legs going over my head!) which again is quite an achievement considering the standards of the franchise. Smiley: explaining all the ways in which this movie is unintentionally hilarious would require me to write an entire article. In fact, I did just that.
