His voice is annoying. He's not wacky like Dean or good at....I guess spearing people like Roman, but he wrestles like 75% of the Shield's matches because he's damn good.

I'd rather see Rollins become an annoying punchable heel than see him become The second coming of Jeff Hardy, CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, etc.

If anything, he's too good. I fully expect WWE to drop the ball on him and make him a second rate Dolph Ziggler.
Reigns and Ambrose, while they have their strengths...I do think a lot of fans are going to turn on them, once they become singles' stars and don't perform to the caliber that the Shield as a unit perform at. I'm not trying to knock them, but seeing either in a 10 to 14 minute one on one match is going get old very fast. I've already seen a bunch of Ambrose's work...and while he's okay, he's nowhere near the main event talent that a lot expect out of him. Reigns will have his work cut out for him if they they want him to keep up with anyone not named Punk, Bryan, Ziggler, Orton or Cena.

I have found Ambrose to be very good at match psychology. He tells a story well in the ring and his promo ability sets the narrative. I think he'll be fine.
Roman, we'll have to see. Like BIg E he has been impressive in small, powerful spots but sustaining that and expanding on it is a different matter. Maybe not, maybe so.
Rollins seems to me to be a lot like Cody Rhodes in Legacy. At first he took all the bumps and rarely got mic time. But over time it became clear that he and not Million Dollar Baby Dibiase was the talent. Not saying that Rollins will outshine his two Shield cohorts, but he doesn't have a glaring weakness.
Being an exceptional bump-taker can be a mixed blessing, a curse even. If you're really good at it, that's what your value becomes so you make a living putting other people over at your own expense. I expect him to have a long career and probably at least flirt with the main event scene, but maybe like Ziggler. But so far he doesn't seem to oversell like Ziggler. A lot of people like Ziggy but to me his selling is too over-the-top.

I think the difference between Ziggler and Rollins is that Rollins does have a shot at tapping into the demographic that was into Jeff Hardy at his height. Rollins can also do all the crazy Jeff Hardy spots, though Rollins' style doesn't rely on that really. He can fly as good as just about anyone not named Nevelle or Ricochet, but can do everything else in the ring well also.

His biggest win this year was over Kaitlyn for the rights to the hairstyle.

I'm probably the only one here who actually likes his voice, it has that cartoonish quality that's missing in wrestling these days.

I like Rollins. My problem with him is that he doesn't suit the badass Shield gimmick as much as Ambrose or Reigns. Once he's out of the tactical gear and on his own, I don't doubt I'll enjoy him much more.

Reigns can still be a roaring beast that spears things without it. And Ambrose can still be, creepy, perpetually high, weird guy who licks the sweat drops off of people's faces with or without the Shield look.

To make Rollins a believable badass heel, he does. But I always think of him as he was on NXT. So I don't know.. it just doesn't work for me.

I don't find his voice annoying, but damn for sure my favorite of the 3. I feel he will be my new fav once Cena retires.

He's getting pushed into the background more and more. Reigns is the badass killing machine, Ambrose is the cool/weird guy, Rolins is annoying teen brother. I think he's super-talented, but WWE seems noticeably higher on Reigns and Ambrose.

I think Rollins is great and I think when/if the Shield breaks up and he goes solo he will make a good babyface.
