2 years ago, you'll remember where you were when this happened:
Mega M.O.P. remembers this because of the obvious Giants implications.
I remember it because it ultimately won me my first fantasy title- got Cruz as a waiver wire guy, teamed w/Brees, Sproles, Graham, Megatron. Is that not the greatest fantasy football offense ever?

Gotta go Mathis for DPOY. 17.5 sacks, and an amazing 8 forced fumbles. Total game changer and maybe one of the ten best defensive seasons ever.

Kuechly/Sherman/Mathis- Who's your DPOY? I'd go with Kuechly that guy is a beast at LB. Dude is in on almost every tackle/play. Yeah, I'd lean toward Kechly as well. The guy is literally everywhere on the field. Hell, I think he had 24 tackles against the Saints alone.

Well, as a Panthers fan, I'm going with Kuechley. Like someone said, he was basically everywhere against the Saints with 24 tackles. He is a presence on one of the best defensive lines in Carolina.

Yeah, I am a Panthers fan as well, so I'd go Kuechly. Hell, even if I wasn't a fan, that performance against the Saints would be enough to sway me.

Impending free agent Josh McCown said he's not certain he'll play in the NFL next season.

Packers OLB Clay Matthews (thumb) has been ruled out for Week 17.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Cowboys ILB Sean Lee's neck injury is "more significant than the team thought."

I miss Cruz, I wish he would have played this season. Oh he did? I remember seeing him Salsa Dancing after a touchdown one game......as the Giants trailed by 14 (if I remember correctly)

Kuechly/Sherman/Mathis- Who's your DPOY? I don't know if Sherman will be in the running. A lot of people know about him, and he's got the gaudy stats people like, but he's not even the best player on his own team (that would be Earl Thomas). Indy's defense not being that good will take away from Mathis' chances. I think it's a two-man race between Kuechly and Terrell Suggs, and unless Kuechly has a great last game, I think they'll give it to Suggs. Really? Terrell Suggs? Would it be like how Derek Jeter won a Gold Glove in 2010 or how Allen Iverson was voted an All-Star in 2010? Because aside from name recognition and past performances, I can't think of one reason for why Suggs would win Defensive Player of the Year, or even be in the conversation. Suggs is barely in the top 20 in sacks, coming into Sunday he hadn't recorded a sack since Nov. 3, he hasn't forced a fumble (granted he's recovered one), he hasn't deflected a pass, he is neutralized when the offense runs the ball and his 79 total tackles is good for 76th in the league.

I look forward to watching the Niners beat the Packers in Green Bay in the wild card round.

If Green Bay wins on Sunday, they're winning the Super Bowl.
With the way they attained their last 2 wins and how DET/CHI lost recently, this feels meant to be for the Packers.
Their defense may not be Carolina Panthers caliber, but Rodhers cancels out any and all defensive warts.

Unless Rodgers has a ton of rust, that game is going to be a slaughter. I can't remember the last time I've seen a Bears defense play this poorly.
So what head coaches do you think get the boot on Monday? If I had to guess, the definites are:
Mike Shanahan Jim Schwartz Leslie Frazier

Rodgers can't be anywhere near 100%, I think it's asking alot for him to go out on the road and win after missing a month
