Something to bring me back.
This could be a number of things but at the end of the day I want to watch a wrestling show with entertaining wrestlers that flows well and makes me excited to tune in next week. I want interesting and relatively original story lines, I want original characters and gimmicks. I want the "We wrestle" thing to hit the road and TNA to bring in a lot more entertainment style performers.
Give me surprises. Everything in TNA is so predictable these days and you know what's going to happen before it does. Have a random star pop out of a limo sometime. Have a surprise title change on the TV Show. Have a guest from Japan or Mexico totally unannounced. TNA needs to make Impact "Must see" TV and have people wondering what is going to happen week to week.
And finally, they need a roster overhaul. Samoa Joe needs to go, Bobby Roode needs to go, anyone that has been around for longer then 5-6 years who isn't a massive star (See Angle, Hardy, Sting etc) should be released. Not because they're bad but it's incredibly tiring seeing the same matches again over and over.
Go back to 12 PPV's as well, 4 a year is ridiculous.

For TNA to book Samoa Joe as "The Guy".

More EGO!!!! Also, Bobby Roode title run. I want him to hold it for over a year. Pretty much exactly this. Though I would also add bringing in more female talent and build the KOs back up a bit, which it seems they are starting to do anyway. well those two pretty much sum up my hopes with a dash of A Double thrown in for good measure.

More diversity hires. Instead of it being Dixieland, bring in wrestlers to add some color and variety to TNA.
Focus on the in ring wrestling product. TNA got the talent. It's up to them to put them in positions to highlight that. Cut time from a meaningless, long promo so guys like Aries can work their magic. TNA's calling card used to be the wrestling. Time to reclaim that.
Resupply the tag team, X , and Knockout division. I know their funding is limited but they are located in talent rich Florida. You got former WWE and NXT people. Indy standouts and guys who are waiting for their chance to shine.

Honestly I want them to make money. I enjoy them a lot more then WWE and there's a lot of great talent there that probably won't get a fair shot on WWE because of their size if the company goes under.

TNA's calling card used to be the wrestling. Time to reclaim that. When was pure wrestling ever TNA's calling card? Even during the times when the X-Division and Tag Title divisions were hot you'd still end the show with Jeff Jarrett taking on an ex WWE or WCW guy for the World Title 9 times out of 10. The undercard was usually riddled with ex WWE guys as well. TNA has always been a sports entertainment company.

The X and tag team Division were regularly getting praised while few gave a shit about the Double J megapush. People watch for Styles, Lynn, Amazing Red, Sabin, Shelley, Low Ki, America's Most Wanted, Triple X, etc. Jarrett headlined because he was booking himself for that spotlight. You need the sports portion into order for it to be called a sports entertainment. And TNA called themselves a wrestling promotion. No need to take a WWE centric buzzword.

Competency in their writing and use of talent....if they could make it like WWECW's latter days, it would be a refreshing change.

Dixie Carter never ever ever ever being a character again, and no authority figure or mega-stable to fill the void.

- 100% less Dixie Carter on TV. Or off it, for that matter. I'd rather her sell the company to someone who is competent. - 100% less Rockstar Spud. - A better product.
