John Cena, Batista, Undertaker, HHH, Orton, CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, and Daniel Bryan are all the big names that are going to be in the card this year. They can make semi-fresh/fresh matchups with these superstars.
HHH/Bryan Cena/Taker Punk/Orton Lesnar/Batista
is the best way to go or maybe swap Punk and Bryan. There is no need to waist your biggest star of the company on Bray Wyatt or have Batista face Orton for the WWE WHC. A card like that especially for the 30th Wrestlemania will definitely bring in buyrates

Well they f***ed it up last year by having sequel matches instead of doing semi-fresh matchups like Taker/Brock (which hasent been done in years) and Punk/HHH (for Punk to get his win back). Bryan was not as big of a star back then.

Honestly just having Cena vs Taker will make this mania better than the last one.

As much as I'd like Bryan to get the WWE Title at Wreslemania, beating HHH and ending The Authority would put him over just as much that it'd be a fair compromise. Plus, it would keep that wager intact. They opened the possibility of Lesnar going into Wrestlemania 30 as the Champion. There are still so many vaiables they can go with this. It's why I'm excited for this year.

Also still very very possible Michaels comes out of retirement for one more match with Bryan.

I seriously think Lesnar/Batista would be Goldberg/Lesnar levels of bad. He does not work well with guys like Batista, especially given that Bats has negative stamina and is 45 years old.

Can you imagine this card:
John Cena vs. Hulk Hogan OR a tag match featuring them as a team Daniel Bryan vs. Shawn Michaels CM Punk vs. Triple H The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar Batista vs. WWE Champion Randy Orton Bill Goldberg vs. Ryback Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust some kind of Shield break-up match
The card would be real light on active wrestlers, but God damn that card is ridiculous.

That of course means we're gonna get Daniel Bryan & Bray Wyatt vs Team Hella (Sheamus/Kane), Barack Leznar vs Ryback, Triple H vs CM Punk (with Trips putting his wife on the life to ensure he has a booking reason to go over), and John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Batista for the Ultra WWE World Whatever.

It isn't weird, WWE was in direct dispute with the biggest PPV distributor over fees during that period. People who cite the buyrate as being any indication as to little interest in the PPV are wrong.

And people will still try to fantasy book Orton v.s. Bryan.
Hell, they'll even say "I don't care if it's been done to death...." whilst fantasy booking it. Heh.

To follow up on that, WWE strangely blamed the Seattle locale and economy for some reason, though, instead of that. Funnily enough, WWE seems to hold Washington state directly responsible for ruining two of their bigger moments. (the other being Tacoma for RAW is WCW).
