If PR getting cancelled gets it off of shitty Nickelodeon and maybe get it to Netflix then all good. Although that internal conflict within Hasbro does worrie me. Yea, they been on Nick and Disney Probably best to put it Netflix or Hulu

I don't mean to sound mean or anything, but the Nick seasons have been the most wooden and bland seasons of Power Rangers.
I don't hate them or anything. They're like low sodium crackers. Yeah, you'll get full, but they don't taste as good as regular crackers.

Or that could’ve been just me outgrowing the franchise as-is.

I'm just amazed Power Rangers is still a thing in 2020.

Myself and other Captain have echoed it at nauseam...when saban took the series back he showed he could never move past MMPR and Neo Saban was drenched in it and it really made the series feel completely out of touch with its fans. RPM is celebrated for the fact that it was a season that was caught up with the fans while it had its goofier moments it felt like the writing was more geared toward young adults and not trying to be explicitly child friendly. And then here comes Neo Saban with humor and characters so shallow not even an 8yr old could find enjoyment in it.

Seriously as dark as the series has ever gotten and proof PR does not need to be sterilized to be geared towards only children.

Neo Saban for the "more than casual fans" f***ed up two of the most popular sentai seasons trying to focus on nostalgia. Sure, putting Bulk back in Samurai was fun but it still felt cheap They didn't even have a average season until Dino Charge and by then no one really cared cause they been back 4 years

www.youtube.com/watch?v=0GtOb9qziGMI aint even gonna embed the super megaflop video because TRASH But this is just a further look at the tones of just two random mech battles.....and again while there is of course inherent cheese with the Lost Galaxy clip (talking the evil mecha into suddenly being good guys) it still feels lightyears more mature in its scene then the super megaflop one does and largely can chalk it up to dialogue not being written for a 4yr old. Also helps that Deviot was irredemably evil

Yea, they been on Nick and Disney Probably best to put it Netflix or Hulu With Hulu they may have to deal with Disney again True but considering Hulu is a subsidiary they should be fine Just be pure Hulu and not shown on the other channels they got. I still think they should adapt the comic and animate Power Rangers

And then here comes Neo Saban with humor and characters so shallow not even an 8yr old could find enjoyment in it. Yeah the whole "If it worked in 93, it'll work now" mindset that Hiam Saban had really sabotaged both parts of the Neo Saban era. There were of course other factors too like Johnathan Zachor's insistence on adapting everything he could from the original material, but not fleshing it out enough to make it more palatable for a western audience or properly fitting it into the established Power Ranger's lore. Then there was the Judd Lynn era where things started off promising, but kind of drifted off when they brought in writers that didn't have much experience with action series' due to Saban's insistence of bringing more comedy into the show. And lastly there was the 2017 movie which reportedly took funds and resources away from the current series at the time (Ninja Steel) which was why it came off so flat and low stakes at times. Which would have paid off in the long run if the movie was a hit, but sadly it was not. So all in all we once more have a instance where we have a guy who had at one time had his finger on the pulse of pop culture, but instead of changing with the times clung on to things that worked in the past. (Insert Star Wars, WWE and other such parallels here.)

From the way it appeared Nickelodeon acted like it was embarrassed to have it on there.

Interesting alot of possibilities there.
Maybe they go completely original footage , they get a bigger budget to produce the show , move the show to canada etc
lots of interesting theories batted around.

Man i'm not going to keep saying this, just adapt the damn comic book into film
You can bring back some of the older cast as you have a vast 20 plus year history that they for some reason don't use
