So basically, the most boring wrestling company ever? REACH FOR THAT RAINBOW Bound for Glory 2014's main event, for the TNA World Title, Davey Richards vs. Roderick Strong!

I'm a big fan of poorly thought out business plans that drop the F Bomb every other sentence.
Where do I send my life savings?

I thought the title meant we were going to get some hilarious satire, this just pisses me off.

It would be 100% worth it if we got his movie plot turned into a storyline where ECIII is a martial arts expert and beats up hordes of drunk guys. {Spoiler}Spoiler This film is about a young man, who is meeting with a few friends, to watch a local band at the bar they frequent. This goes well enough, until an aggressive drunk picks a fight with our young man, who, unbeknownst to the drunk, is an intermediate martial artist. After humiliating the drunk, the poor fool flees, returning later with two friends so as to finish what he started. The young man fends them off for several minutes, until more of the drunkards friends arrive, who then beat him down into a defeated heap. An older man arrives and is slowly revealed to be a drug dealer. The drug dealer decides it wise to kill the bartender, who has seen everything (as well as survived a beating from the hooligans) the drunk who started the mess (because he fears that the police will offer him a plea deal, for the crime he has just committed, if he trades information on the drug dealer for a lesser sentence) and the young man (to tie up loose ends). After the former individuals are dispatched by the drug dealer, the young man strikes back against his enemy and defeats the lot of them.

After the former individuals are dispatched by the drug dealer, the young man strikes back against his enemy and defeats the lot of them. Surely if this guy is buying TNA he can just fund his movies through a new movie sub-division? TNA Films Presents: Ethan Cruze (Ethan Carter III) is an intermediate martial artist who doesn't drink and doesn't do drugs but loves to party. One night he finds himself at a bar on the wrong side of town where thugs are beating up the barman and ransacking the place. Ethan runs them off and saves the Barman, Duke (The Sandman) however that's just the beginning. The head of the criminal organization, Vincent (Bully Ray) wants his protection money one way or another and to make sure Ethan doesn't get in his way he sends his top men after him to take him out. It's up to Ethan and Duke to take down the criminal organization and free the neighborhood from the iron grip of the cartel in DRUNKEN FIST! Coming to Cinemas 2015

Lol, I love this.
I clicked the link and the guy doesn't seem to be slow or have any type of mental retardation so it's okay to completely tear his campaign apart in my view.
My opinions on his plans (Not that they will ever go ahead)
1. First of all, 5 million is very very low for a company like TNA and would probably be an offer better suited to ROH (Before they had a TV Network backing them) if you think about it, WCW was originally meant to sell for 66 million and they were doing 2.1-2.2's at that time. If you half it and then take a little away due to wrestling not being big time anymore you're probably looking at 15-20 million for Panda to even consider it. Most people don't think a million viewers a week is a good thing but for a smaller network like Spike it's great.
2. His second business idea is to buy the NWA (A company that nobody cares about outside of Japan) and take the NWA Titles and probably change the name to NWA something. This dude clearly doesn't know that he could ask for 50,000 dollars and join the NWA for a couple hundred bucks and buy a ring himself and hire all his fave indy darlings.
3. The funniest part in all of this is a majority of that 5 million he plans on spending would be for the value of the TV deal and the name, his first idea is to change the name though. Idiot.
4. His idea of shows being held internationally would bankrupt him. Even if he buys TNA for a dollar he'd be bankrupt within 6 months if he plans to fund 4 wrestling companies. The only way this international wrestling idea has success is if he fills it with big recognizable stars that people tune in for. There aren't enough big name free agents in wrestling to cater to that right now so it would flop.
5. 5 dollar PPV's are sooooo funny. A live airing of Impact was allegedly 750,000 dollars right? Without taking into account the cut the PPV company would get or fireworks etc lets say it costs 750,000 and he makes 50,000 back on the gate he'd need to sell about 120,000+ units per month to even break even at 5 dollars a pop. That's not taking into account wrestlers bonuses, ring movement, salaries, arena rental, insurance etc etc
I don't follow the WWE's numbers but are they even doing numbers like this? The guy would need at least 200,000 buys in my opinion to actually make a small profit off these htings. Current TNA PPV's do about 10,000 buys so this guy thinks he's a good enough booker to get 190,000 people to tune in and pay 5 dollars to watch. Clueless, totally clueless.
6. The idea behind allowing TNA talent to go anywhere they please is laughable. If I watch ROH on TV and I see Magnus on there why am I going to tune into TNA? Why am I going to watch ROH for Mike Bennett if I can see him wrestling on TNA?
7. His salary is going to be 5000 dollars a week which is "Sting money" I believe. I don't think anyone who is a free agent in wrestling right now is worth 250,000 dollars a year let alone some middle aged mark with absolutely zero experience in running a company.
8. A wrestling promotion focused on mostly pure wrestling already exists. It's name is ROH and it loses money annually. I have no idea why guys like this think a wrestling company should be purely focused around "We wrestle good" type of wrestlers.
All in all, the dude is an idiot and when I first read it I thought he had to be mentally challenged. The fact that this guy seems to be a normal functioning adult is cringe worthy to me.
He should start a Kickstarter where he asks for 30 dollars for a copy of Total Extreme Wrestling 2013. That's what he needs.

His twitter is gold.
@tnadixie I'm Nathan Favel and I want to be apart of the booking staff as I feel I have plethora of ideas that will work. Interested?
@jrsbbq I have a complete plan to run TNA. Would you or someone else in wrestling be willing to help me accomplish my goal?

I don't think this will work.
There just isn't a market for a pro wrestling company to come into. Most of the WWF/WCW fans from the 90's are long gone, into other things or just burned out on wrestling.
I doubt you could get them back, especially 15 years later. WWE has been consistently putting on bad shows for years and TNA seems determined to embarrass everyone involved. As for creating new fans? How? There is practically no exposure and no real opportunity to climb out from under McMahon's Sports Entertainment BS.
Surly, you get anything up and running, you would need way more than 5 Million

If anyone anywhere sends this guy money I'm going to kick their ass on general principle. Are you kidding? If I had the money, I would send this clown like seventeen times the amount he was asking for and just sit back with some popcorn. My only stipulation would be that the booking team be contractually obligated to consume hallicinogenic mushrooms before writing the shows. TNA has been just bad enough to where it's frustrating to care about for so many years. Why not let it be just bad enough to where it's hilarious for a minute? Give this nutbag a shot. He can't be any more inept than Dixie Cougar.

I love that his incentives are tickets, tickets, and more tickets.
If someone was doing this legit, they would be offering a more varied variety (meet and greets with the wrestlers, be a plant, etc...)
