I love the verbiage in this thread. How exactly can hair be "dangerously" or "scarily" thin? Is Cena's well-being threatened by the possible onset of male pattern baldness? There are actually quite a few guys on the roster right now who have thinning or receding hair and don't seem to be terribly concerned with hiding it (Punk, Ambrose, Wyatt, Harper) and even more guys who are completely bald/shaved (Henry, Batista, Cesaro, Rowan, O'Neil, Ryback). I think this is reflective of a broader cultural trend that has removed a lot of the stigma around male hair loss, where beards and shaved heads represent a sort of old-school testosterone-fueled machismo and virility. There's a reason why practically every guy on the roster seems to either have or be growing a beard right now (or, in the case of Orton, adorable peach fuzz). Yea look at the late 80s, WWF had Hogan, Savage both members of Demoltion, Arn Anderson all with varying levels of MPB. |

RVD's ponytail now covers a Randy Savage-esque thin spot. You could see it a ton during his last match with Del Rio.
