For those who watch the JBL & Cole Show, Bad News Barrett was set to deliver Clem this week. He obliged, albeit he didn't get his agreed Shepard's Pie. However, we didn't see the face of Clem. So...
Who Is Clem Layfield?
My money's on Ted DiBiase Jr.

This should be an angle on Raw or Smackdown, it's so beautifully absurd.

This should be an angle on Raw or Smackdown, it's so beautifully absurd. Unfortunately if it were on TV, ninety-five percent guaranteed the punchline would be Hornswoggle again... somehow.

My money's on Ted DiBiase Jr. It kinda sucks that they're only using Ted Jr. now when he's not employed by them anymore.

It's shows like the JBL & Cole Show that makes me wonder what Raw/Smackdown would be like if they let the internet staff and the talent combine to make the shows. I can't help but think they'd be delightfully ridiculous, but at the same time, EVERYTHING 'Sports Entertainment' should be.

Since I am one of the biggest fans and supporters of the JBL and Cole Show, I am glad this thread is made.
What I love the most about the JBL and Cole show is how it is both ridiculous and charming at the same time. It also has the best utilisation of talent in the WWE. Look at the Superstar Search from last year. Sandow, Tatsu, Bryan, Gabriel, Kane, the Prime Time Players etc all were given a place to put another side of their characters out there. Heck, even Rosa friggin' Mendez was hilarious in her reaction to Sandow.
Now with this storyline and the 'Duel' from last year, Cody is showcasing his charisma and his ability to carry an absurd and stupid storyline and make me want to look forward to seeing if he finally finds Clem and gets his reputation back (along with a friggin' gold boot!). And yeah, Bad News Barrett is pretty much the best.
There was a point where the JBL and Cole Show went from 'silly interview show' to 'internet sketch comedy show' and that was when it went from fun and interesting to pretty much the best show WWE has, TV or otherwise. I genuinely get excited when it pops up on my subscriptions more so than any other video WWE does.
Edit: Also, the recap is one of my favourite things they've ever done. The way they go through WWE history for the sake of a laugh is another of my many reasons I love the show.

Agree with it being the best thing in WWE going right now.
I can't wait until the big reveal.

That would be hilarious if Cody Rhodes was somehow Clem Layfield.

Of course Cody narrates the previouslies, and there's a Triforce reference.

That was all around hilarious. I wish WWE would let the superstars do this on TV.
My favorite line: Clem: "I wish I could be on a truck." Cody: "Yes, it's a high honor to be on a truck. Ezekiel's on that truck."
