So we're probably getting Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania. Hunter needs an opponent with Punk gone, and Bryan's basically the only guy who could wrestle him without the crowd spending the entire match heckling with "CM Punk" chants.
What of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship?
Is there ANY other way to salvage this, as far as inserting other wrestlers or turning various people heel or face or what? Or is it doomed to get completely shit on by the crowds, presumably followed by a Batista heel turn the following night as damage control?

The WWE World Title match probably gets 3rd, 4th or 5th billing depending on what the other part timers are doing and where they want to place Cena/Wyatt. I think someone else could easily be inserted into the title match, making it a triple threat. It doesn't have to necessarily be a bonafide main eventer. Insert someone who can easily be a clear cut face, and Batista can turn heel on this person the following night

I don't even hate Batista or Orton, but goddamn, is that one heatless match, a 1 on 1. It'd be underwhelming for Backlash, much less Wrestlemania.

Triple H wins the title. Bryan beats Batista for his WrestleMania title match.
Triple H vs Bryan for the title.
Bryan wins.

Either let HHH lose to Bryan or let someone else "step up" to HHH, someone who even if HHH (f***ing) goes over, the other guy gets a rub simply for being in His presence.

If Batista must be in the match and it must be one on one I'd have Lesnar win the title the night after the Chamber. That's really the only thing that sounds interesting to me.

Batista vs. Lesnar used to be a dream match for me, but Lesnar's MMA career kinda ruined it. At least Cena, Punk, and despite not wanting to be vulnerable, HHH can easily be sold as an underdog against the Beast Incarnate. WWE will try to push Lesnar and Batista as being "equals" and it will be laughed out of the building.

I don't think the WWE title match is salvageable. Even without the whole Bryan debacle this match was gonna get shit on anyways, it's Orton vs Batista for the belt in 20-f***ing-14, there was no possible way this was gonna end well. Either let HHH lose to Bryan or let someone else "step up" to HHH, someone who even if HHH (f***ing) goes over, the other guy gets a rub simply for being in His presence.Hunter? Is that you?

They'd have to add someone the live crowd views as a deserving fresh face. For example, fast-tracking Cesaro into the match would likely result in tons of chants for him rather than heckling.

Ignoring the goatfaced elephant in the room, there just needs to be something between Batista and Orton. Right now allwe have is Batista came back, said he wanted the title, and won the rumble. Orton has had little to no interaction with him since and they'e given us no reason why this match should feel special. The main problem is I don't think either Orton or Batista is charismatic enough to really get anything heated going. Evolution was too long ago to use as a reference, and Batistas promos as a whole have been pretty terrible. They need some sizzle to their match in order for anyone to really give a damn about it outside of the most hardcore Batista and Orton fans.

First Chant stipulation. The first man to get the crowd to unironically chant something positive about them will be declared the winner.

I suppose there's still hope, but only if Batista and Randy Orton are actually Time Lords and regenerate into far more interesting versions of themselves by WrestleMania.

Bryan is not the B all and end all of WWE. Sure I like him, but when people think the WWE is built around him it starts to get a bit ridiculous.
There are plenty of viable title match alternatives. Brock v Batista, Cena v Brock, Cena v Batista, Orton v Brock, hell if you wanted to throw a wild card in why not RVD vs Batista?

If anything, Lesnar is more credible now, and would realistically annihilate old assed Batista in seconds. This ain't 2005 gassed to the gills Big Dave anymore. It's a shoot 245 lbs guy against a dude who somehow seems to be growing exponentially frame-wise like Incredible Hulk. If it's not credible, it's definitely not because of Brock.

That'd be great, no one would expect it, huge build up to the Network too, "oh my god, Lesnar has won the WWE World Heavyweight Title!", Heyman boasting about it, aftershow premiere on Network launch night, could show Batista looking worried of facing the beast at WrestleMania, could be huge I love it!

Make Dave and Randy wrestle in first match on the card, Randy goes to kiss... the referee? and batista spears him, and gets the pin in 4 seconds. and have triple h cut a promo for rest of the show.

Hunter needs an opponent with Punk gone He really doesn't lol. Exactly HHH thinks he is a special attraction like the Undertaker but he so isn't. HHH has no place on the Wrestlemania card and he has absolutely no right to go over any top star ever again. If HHH expected CM Punk to do the job at Wrestlemania for him, then Punk was right to walk, it's not HHH's time any more. At this time a feud with HHH was beneath Punk and it is beneath Daniel Bryan, these guy ARE main eventers, HHH isn't any more, he is an on air authority figure who isn't even part time active.
