I wouldn't be so sure, since WWE used it at the press conference for WrestleMania 31. I think the company's in a transition phase right now. They're in the process of getting official trademark registration for the new logo, plus it will have to appear on banners, turnbuckles, merchandise, and so on. WWE probably isn't ready to use it full-time just yet. I agree with this for the most part. I'm not sure where they stand on all the legal issues, but I expect a gradual roll out nonetheless. I'm guessing it will be in full effect come WrestleMania though. WWE is actually pretty close to being able to use the registered-trademark symbol--the little "R" inside the circle--for their new logo. The company made its first application on November 10, 2011. Since then they've sent in 14 requests for trademark protection of the logo, the main one being for TV broadcasts but also for various types of merchandise. Regarding their earliest registration, the US Patent and Trademark Office has approved the application and issued a Notice of Allowance; now it's up to WWE to either file a Statement of Use or ask for an extension. The application filed on 11/10/11 is currently on its second extension of time. My guess is that they'll file the Statement of Use once the logo appears on everything it has to appear on and the company starts using it full-time. In the meantime, WWE can use the unregistered-trademark symbol--™--with the new logo, and they have, as you can see on the Network's website: www.wwenetwork.com(You might have to squint a little to see it but trust me, it's there.)

Biggest indicator so far is the logo being on Big E's pre-release shirt tags. He tweeted it out himself. The final version is still the scratch logo, but why else would they use the Network logo on his shirt if they weren't planning on making the switch?
I say go for it. Anyone who recognizes the scratch logo would recognize this.

Does this mean a new belt too? I think so. They're deliberately making Orton carry around both titles at this time. I just hope the new title does not look like some sort of bling, or the VERY ugly nXt belt. WWE has had a lot of duds when it comes to new title designs in the last 10 years: -Tag team (old ones are better, and don't look like a penny -Divas has a giant butterfly on it -WWECW title was nice in theory, but just over done. The plates were so big and heavy for it, they needed a special kind of leather made -WWE Big Logo(current title), granted it has grown on me, it's still nothing special. -Spinner worst title in WWE history -NXT, 2nd worst title in WWE history -NXT women's title is awful -NXT tag titles have already had two different versions, with both sucking a LOT -The World Heavyweight Championship (best looking belt of all time) has lost 5 inches of surface area, and is significantly smaller than the two original versions the WWE used Who the heck does the WWE's titles? Who ever the dude is, he should clearly stop

Tonight could be the last scratchlogo event. It could be the last time we see 'Then, Now, Forever'. It could be the last time we.....wait...no, that's pretty much it.

God, I hope not. Looks like a shitty thing a 15 year old with Photoshop made. Doesn't that by default beat a shitty thing a 5 year old with crayons made?

The last transitional phase went so well, though... But that was such an exciting raw, tyson joins dx, undertaker comes back to confront kane. But yea that logo looks so sloppy, I think by the next weeks raw that had the entrance sign actually look like the logo.

It looks better than the current 'attitude era' style logo. About time they totally moved on now. Yes the attitude era was good, but you can't milk it forever.
I wish they would change it even further though. Having W inside a W, just says WW. Maybe have a total revamp and make an entirely new logo that incorporates the E too. The letters in letters worked in the old 80s and 90s logos. But now with the E instead of the F it would be better to start fresh.

They need to jazz it up by putting a blue background behind it and turning it like 15 degrees to the side.

Found a mock-up of the belt with the Network logo. I think I actually prefer this over the current belt design. At least it's more symmetrical. Just get rid of that swoosh thing on the bottom and it would look even better. Scuse my ability
