Watched a couple of random All-Star Wrestling shows from 1980.
The one dated AFTER the Showdown At Shea had Tony Garea trying to talk some sense to Larry Zbyszko and getting beat up and his shirt ripped off in response. Bruno checks on him (with a Mic, btw) and asks if he's alright. Tony tells Bruno "Do us all a favor, break every damn bone in his body!"

That segment was apparently a replay from the previous week's Championship Wrestling, which aired the day of Showdown. 7/29/80; Allentown, PA; Agricultural Hall 8/9/80 - included the tape of Vince McMahon interviewing Andre the Giant in an empty arena, where Andre was stood on a box to make him look much taller: Pat Patterson pinned Baron Mikel Scicluna at 8:44 following a dropkick to the back causing Scicluna to run into the corner WWF World Champion Bob Backlund (w/ Arnold Skaaland) pinned Johnny Rodz at 5:20 in a non-title match with the atomic drop; during the bout, Tony Garea was shown in the audience; after the bout, Vince McMahon interviewed Backlund at ringside NWA World Champion Harley Race defeated Kid Sharkey Larry Zbyszko pinned Billy Berger at 3:35; after the bout, Tony Garea came to the ring and stood on the apron and was attacked from behind by Zbyszko and had his shirt ripped off of him; Bruno Sammartino then left the broadcast booth and went up to Garea, who said to Sammartino to do him a favor tonight and break every damn bone in Zbyszko's body (referring to the Shea Stadium match that night)
WWF Tag Team Champions the Wild Samoans (w/ Capt. Lou Albano) defeated Rene Goulet & Rick McGraw at 6:25 when Sika pinned McGraw with a headbutt; after the bout, Goulet cleared Albano from the ring

Where did it say Aug. 12? The Network lists the All-Star episode that replayed it as airing on Aug. 16, which is correct.

I read August 12. That's what it said on my viewing. Did they put that up on the screen during the match or something? I missed it if that's the case. Like I said, the All-Star Wrestling episode that has the segment is correctly listed on WWE Network as airing on Aug. 16, 1980.

The 4-part Conversations with Bruno & Bob was fun.
Last Battle of Atlanta was pretty good.

I recently watched In Your House 4 (Oct 22, 1995) and found it to be quite enjoyable.
Stand out matches and moments - Triple H vs Fatu, Razor/Kid vs Smoking Gunns and the debut of Goldust. Oh, and Dok Hendrix plugging a Bret Hart cardboard standee that will watch you when you sleep!

Decided to take a random year and watch a show. For example, I randomized and came up on 2007, then used another randomizer to end up with Raw over ECW and SD. So, I've been watching 2007 Raws in order.
The first two weeks have K-Fed and the Rosie/Trump match. Woof.

Ok, something weird about the October 4 1988 ep of Prime Time. Near the end of the Jim Brunzell/Curt Hennig match there's a weird green imprint on the top of the video, almost as if they grabbed a youtube video for the footage but forgot to get rid of the watermark.

Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart - Survivor Series 1997. My favorite match in Survivor Series history.

Watching Halloween Havoc 95, just noticed that one of the tombstones says "Crockett" on it. Also, that Flair heel turn on Sting was brilliant.

Slowed down on my 2007 Raws but will start up again soon. Currently watching Hell in a Cell 2009 for a review.

Was just watching a random Smackdown from 2001. It had one of the first vignettes of DDP's motivational speaker gimmick, and the first thing he says is "Did you do your yoga today?".

Watching Starrcade 1995,and Heenan talks about the Japanese wrestlers training in the Smokey Mountains. Tony then says 'nobody wrestles in the Smokey Mountains!", considering this was around the time SMW ended, ouch.

Watching quite a few of the All-Star Wrestling shows and completely forgot how many matches ended with a suplex (or a SU-play, according to some commentators, a dropkick, or the dreaded atomic drop.

Decided to take 1992 as my starting year for older WWF shows as it's my birth year! I've seen lots of WCW's late 80's and 90's stuff already, but this is gonna be lots of fun, ' don't remember too much the happenings during this time.

This attitude era 1997 round table that was uploaded today is good. It doesn’t half make you nostalgic.
