No one NBA player is ever going to get the contract Miguel Cabrera got. It could be Lebron and four kids off the street being paid the absolute minimum and he wouldn't come close to making that kind of bank.

How are you down 30 points (!!!!!!) to a team that has lost 26 straight games? I know there teams with worse records in the league, but damn if the Pistons aren't the most incompetent franchise in the NBA.

The Sixers are so shitty that they can't even manage to get the consecutive loss record outright.

And to think, these same Pistons are the only Eastern Conference team to win at Indiana this season.

I hate this f***ing team, and I hate Dumars for what he's done to this franchise.

Even after all these years, there's not much more entertaining than watching Shawn Bradley get dunked on.

And to think, these same Pistons are the only Eastern Conference team to win at Indiana this season. I thought they were going to make it to the playoffs this year, along with Indiana and Chicago out of the Central Division. The loss last night at home against Miami and tonight at Philadelphia both hurt the Pistons pretty bad.

The Spurs 17 game is overrated and fraudulent.
Only 3 of their victims are actual NBA teams.
Sorry, but beating the Nuggets/Pelicans/Magic/Lakers doesn't impress me.
Pacers, Warriors, or Thunder are gonna expose them as a team that gets fat and happy against crappy teams.

Shane Battier confirmed that he plans to retire this summer, saying, "It would take an act of the basketball gods to bring me back next year."

Shane Battier confirmed that he plans to retire this summer, saying, "It would take an act of the basketball gods to bring me back next year." And then the Basketball Gods spoke: "We shall remove all flopping penalties and give defenders the benefit of the doubt in all charging situations." Battier signs a 5 year contract extension.

So...do the Spurs extend the most unheralded win streak in sports history tonight?
