Loved the game. Thanks for the kind words. Loved the game. Loved the town effort. Pretty disgruntled about two Mafia players and hope they don't come back. The other Mafia members get kudos. Loved their gameplay too.
Lots of lies. I think I saw one post still trying rationalize my gameplan, but realize that I used lots of lies. You can't bank on anything I said in that game.
I knew Shiro or Hawk was Mafia but not both. Didn't know which one until Day 3. I legit thought Brad was Mafia on Day One and that's why I sledge-hammered him. I legit suspected Casey Jones, Wolf, Produceman that day One and then Casey proved town more easily on Day 2. Had to be Wolf at that point.
The guy that flew right by me if I was actually a Town member searching for scum: lodirulz. Well done.
Early on, I knew Tyger was something. I thought maybe Godfather.
Short and choppy reply because I am in a hurry and on phone. Much respect all around though. I will type more later because I don't want to shortchange anyone. Thanks for letting me play, guys.
LOVED BRB's gameplay in first day. I legit laughed. Truthfully, I thought pretty poorly of him as a player after my first game with him, but the guy is getting seasoned and I'd like to side with him at some point again. Great stuff. I liked that people were legit getting ticked. Good gamesmanship.

I've gotta say, I had completely ruled out the presence of a serial killer (Burier) in that game. You did a great job of hiding in plain sight, as I would expect from a veteran of these games like yourself. Although I have to wonder exactly what was your rationale giving yourself up like that in the last day? Was it what I suspected--- that there was still one scum left lurking in town--- or did you figure that there was no way you were going to avoid suspicion otherwise?
Although I will say there was something in the back of mind that made me a little suspicious when you mentioned Kaitlyn was who you were. Though it definitely worked out better than the time somebody tried to claim themselves as JTG.

It was a fun game despite two of my mafia team mates blabbing their secret and worst part is one of those is my best friend.
Well it was a good game and Peg really did a good job I was thinking after everything he was going to end up winning it all himself which I think would of been cool to see the Serial Killer actually win.

Quick added notes:
Jazzman and Casey Jones were pretty terrif. I need to do like Jazzman the next time I play (as town) and just not speak unless spoken to. It seems the more you get things right in these games, the more fellow Townspeople get duped into thinking you're something scummy. Defies all logic. Major props to those two players.

Reason for that Peg was law school has stolen me away for a bit and I was just getting frustrated, turned out it worked though. In short, tried to be concise and helpful whenever possible, and laid low when I couldn't help.

Sorry. I am just typing so fast I'm overlooking stuff.
Hawk.
Hawk.
Hawk.
Get off his back, townspeople. The guy had me completely busted. As much as you're giving some credit for SK gameplay, I am actually at fault for Hawk being so short with you all. Total standup guy. Great character. I misread something in the Pm exchanges. And on my phone (cursed Proboards layout on phone) I did something in the late game that blew my cover. Instead of using it against me, the sportsmanship award goes to him. He wanted me lynched, and after the innocent child reveal, I accidentally blew my cover (again, stupid phone interface). Likewise, I didn't Target him for death. No way was i going to cheat like that. I have too much respect for the integrity of the game, and Hawk showed equal respect. And we didn't have to have conversation to do it. I think he realized a mistake was made and he didn't use that against me, nor I against him. I guarantee you he would've been very active if I would've just been lynched. He respected my gameplay enough not to ruin the game.( I did target him on the night before my lynch, but here's why. I knew I was going to get roleblocked, or was really sure. I couldn't target Jazzman because he was legit a target for B Natural. Couldn't target Myau for same reason. If I was roleblocked and one of them was still killed, it could've fudged my story and attempt to frame B Natural. Couldn't target B Natural because I needed him to help me keep killing and killing him would incriminate me, or so I thought. If Hawk had actually been killed by my hand, I would've forfeited. I just needed a target that would prove I was roleblocked so I could confidently play the "Snoop" card for the next day phase BEFORE Waffel revealed who he roleblocked. I needed to appear disappointed and a victim before Waffel admitted he did anything. It was only chance I had to get him to buy it and not vote against me. And with a kill on the boards, it made my case against B Natural more plausible. Jazzman was the wildcard. All I could do was cross my fingers that he bought ANY of it.
So yeah, Hawk could've been right there with Casey and Jazzman in the praise circle. He just didn't get a fair chance. And that was legit all my fault.

Jazzman was double voter and his vote sealed the deal. Also, Kaitlyn was a safe claim. Also, town Busybody fit her character somewhat. "Bodybuilder" and such. And, even though it's not a role, Town Busybody ought to be one that gets used sometime. (I love thinking up roles for the game that haven't been used. It's the board game fan in me!) (On that note, we should Board Game Skype sometime. For those who love good board games.) {Spoiler}Not Monopoly.

Kudos to Peg for being able dodge the aggro he had on him for like two~three day cycles.
This was fun and if you're interested here are my roleblocks:
Night 1: Waffel Night 2: Waffel Night 3: Pegasuswarrior
Also, I wonder how the game would have happened if I had gone with the gutsier claim that I had followed Casey Jones on night one (I had pretty much figured out he was the watcher) than the safer Jazzman (that scum has investigated and knew was the town double voter).

I'm a professional and I stuck to my post restrictions and stayed "in character." I like to think that my gameplay had effects that echoed over the next few days. I believe I still have a ways to go at finding Scum but I think I learned some valuable lessons about being the merest Vanilla Townie. I'll never take the role for granted again.

Also, who were our new blood that stuck it out? I hope they return for future games. I didn't go all the way, but I made it to Night Six. I should've investigated Peg but I just never got around to it. I figured he was either telling the truth or that he was the Godfather. I wonder what he would've done had I investigated him, as he asked me to fairly early on. He duped me pretty good because I didn't trust him to the point that I thought he was on the level but I didn't distrust him enough to do anything about it. I just thought I'd get to him at some point

Here are the Quicktopics from this game: WWE Superstars "Injured List" (Where eliminated contestants get to talk): www.quicktopic.com/50/H/BiK8xWTXvHTwThis would have been nice to have people like pegasuswarrior around to discuss things, but Peg lasted all the way through the game and almost even won. In fact, HHH had an added win condition that if he was able to "Bury" or "Sledgehammer-Vote" 10 players total, he would win the game, and he was very close to accomplishing the win. This is the Total Divas Mafia Topic: www.quicktopic.com/50/H/nWTH4gLhrEZZThis is the Undertaker/Teddy Long QuickTopic: www.quicktopic.com/50/H/KwdggrhFZMMqHere was my Running Commentary, that I sort of became lazy to do toward the end of the game. Good stuff all around, players. www.quicktopic.com/50/H/A5ZhEgicUD6I have more to say about this game and the players (New players like CH Punk and Tyger really impressed me). With Roles, just let me know which ones in particular you want to see, and then I'll search my PM box for them and post them here, little by little, as I think that's easier than posting them all at once.

Props to GM for once again being the maestro of Mafia on this forum. Great game. Well put-together. 100 percent confidence when there is a game under Anon GM's control.
And yeah, I was one hammer and one night-kill from winning. I planned on sealing the deal if I could get B Natural lynched.

Mason was the first person I investigated. He came up Town, so I kept pushing the issue early on to see if others would fall into that line of thinking and hopefully drag out some Mafia. The one line that he quoted, "Mason Mason", that got him to back off of me was a complete accident. I was just toying with him but he read it as if I guessed that he was one of the Town Masons and was co-ordinating with the other one. Lucky accident because I had no way of knowing what he was besides town.
I had some pretty bad luck toward the end because the people I would investigate got night killed a few times. I was very close to investigating Peg but I kept putting it off. In the back of my head, I was thinking he was the Godfather, him or Jazzman, who also asked me to investigate directly when the question of me being an insane cop came up. So, I should've done it earlier. It became obvious that there was a serial killer towards the end but I was convinced that was a red herring earlier.
The thing is, and he doesn't have to answer it, is that Peg straight up requested me to investigate him. If he didn't want me to, his reverse psychology had the desired effect.

Congrats to The Town guys. I was honestly starting to think that Peg had you all hook line and sinker, but it ended up working out for you in the end. I can't say for sure how far the Mafia could have gone had it not been for some incidents, but the game is through, and in the end, it was about time The Town finally got one over the enemy. And not to brag, but, considering I didn't last two nights as a Mafia member before, I did pretty damn well for myself, eh?
