She just seems like a dick.
And my grandma hates her because she's with Donnie Wahlberg, her favorite of the New Kids.
So... Yeah.

Look, I know WrestleMania XI was bad, but we don't need to vilify everyone involved.

Really hot, funny, and responsible for much sickness and death with her erroneous anti-vaccine crusade.
A friend of mine STILL believes that her daughter's autism was caused by mercury poisoning due to vaccination. I've tried to point out that that's not so, but she ain't hearing it. As a result, she carries around unneeded guilt for what has been shown to be a genetic cause, and nothing she coulda done.
f*** Jenny McCarthy. I would in the literal sense for her hotness, and the figurative sense cuz she's a terrible person.

It's the Singled Out curse. Not sure why you would say that. Chris Hardwick and Carmen Electra both seemed to be fine enough, minus a few bad life choices here and there. Neither chose to become the face of a misinformed movement, refused to acknowledge legitimate research that proves her wrong, and inspired parents throughout the country to make choices that might kill their children. Seriously, what is the evidence that she believes more than legitimate scientific studies? The notion that more autism diagnoses have occurred since well after vaccinations became commonplace? That evidence is so flimsy that it is laughable for many reasons: 1) Autism diagnoses are more common because it is better studied and more easily recognized. 2) Autism diagnoses are more common because the definition has expanded to include many more mild but related syndromes. 3) Vaccinations have been around for a very long time. George Washington was still president when the first Smallpox vaccine was developed (though immunity via exposure to more mild strains of smallpox (called variolation) date even farther back. Wide spread modern vaccine usage to wipe out various diseases still predates the increase of autism considerably. 4) It is not as though we have not been developing new and more toxic chemicals that then make their way into the environment through pollution during the time that more autism diagnoses have occurred. Well, that and the fact that in a thousand years scientists that find our corpses and those of the generations that precede us will be able to easily state whether the person died before or after 1945 by doing a quick radiation reading. Truth is, I figure that the combination of pollution and radiation account more for the phenomenon than anything else.

i think she said her child is no longer autistic thanks to a gluten and dairy free diet, or something along those lines

She's an idiot. But as Obi Wan said who is more foolish, the fool or the fools that follow them? Sadly it's the fools who also put their innocent children in danger.

I've stated in the past my sister is a Speech pathologist that works specifically with autistic children. She and hates Jenny McCarthy with every fiber of her being. i think she said her child is no longer autistic thanks to a gluten and dairy free diet, or something along those lines Yeah, she claims that she has cured her son's autism... though it's extremely likely he wasn't autistic and had some other disease that often gets misdiagnosed as Autism. She's an idiot. But as Obi Wan said who is more foolish, the fool or the fools that follow. Them? Sadly it's the fools who also put their innocent children in danger. They put more than just their children in danger too.

Is she a horrible person, or just really really dumb?
It's a horrible thing she's doing, but it's not malicious, just ignorance, it doesn't really reflect her character to be horribly, HORRIBLY wrong.

It sorta is though to maintain that wrongness in the face of being shown you're wrong. Then it crosses over into maliciousness.

If people die unnecessarily because you're too stubborn to admit you're wrong, then you're a pretty horrible excuse for a person.

Language warning obviously Edit Not sure if I could post that due to at the end a topless model for a few seconds.

Just playing Devils advocate in this situation, but wouldn't it also be on the ones in a position to make a decision (in this case the Parents/Guardians of the kids effected)? I mean she's not actively forcing these people to believe what she says at gun-point.

I actually posted a status on FBook talking about this very thing a few minutes ago, and that friend earlier is all "I won't comment." I left it alone, cuz I didn't feel like an argument and it wouldn't matter anyway.

Thought this said Jennette McCurdy, at first, and I started taping my fists and rolling down my sleeves, getting ready to hail a cab to your destination.
I then saw the actual name, said "oh never mind he's right", and calmed down.

She is a misguided moron, whose son might not even have autism, that I recall, but could have been misdiagnosed.
The problem is that this theory is long exposed as fraudulent, so clinging to it now is just negligent as hell.
