Was there not another taping last night or just the one show from night before?

I read a write up of the show and facepalmed so f***ing hard when I read the line "Chael Sonnen called out Virgil, who announced he will be competing in the Nex*Gen tournament" and "Justin Gabriel entered and superkicked Virgil". I eventually figured out that they meant Virgil Flynn (who had wrestled KUSHIDA earlier on the card). The really scary thing is that Jarrett's booking of guys like Jim Cornette, Jim Duggan, Scott Hall and Scott Steiner makes the thought of him booking WRESTLING SUPERSTAR Virgil entirely plausible and my initial assumption completely justified... Don't you dare mock the Big Bad Booty Daddy. Scott Steiner is ONE MONTH younger than Virgil and started wrestling less than a year after him, it's apt.

Until they get rid of the 6 sided ring and prove that they're something other than TNA 2 and WCW 3 I will continue to mock them mercilessly. But WCW was good pre Russo There were some good moments/matches throughout, sure, but realistically they were only a really well booked promotion from sometime in 96 until the Sting debacle that should have ended the nWo and ushered in the next hot angle. They were pretty crap overall for most of the rest of the time for various reasons, mainly to do with backstage stuff.

The six sided ring is the less of it worries. That like saying a four sided ring is two WWE. Come on TNA got the idea from Mexico. To not be like TNA don't well make the same mistakes as TNA and don't book your shows like TNA.

TNA themselves shouldn't have even gone back to it. 1.) Bumping on it is harder 2.) TNA had to spend extra money just to make it

I HATE the six sided ring. I don't know why, but for me, it takes away from the match.

I know we're not talking about a majority here, but give credit where it's due.

Was there not another taping last night or just the one show from night before? Just one taping. They will be another in August and another in September, but nothing else is announced.

So GFW has been made to look like an complete and utter farce and joke these past few days over what's happened in the TNA board, why the hell should I care about this company now?

This has got to be All Wheel Wrestling. Like they knew TNA was going down so they did all this to try and market a new company, no one bit though so it gets thrown in the pile to never be seen. Nothing else makes sense.

Personally, I like the six-sided ring, but I do kind of see it as a TNA thing. Let TNA have it and just do a four-sided one if you're not TNA. Or in Mexico I guess.

Personally, I think Jarrett is counting on Destination America axing Impact before the Invasion angle airs, so anything that happened to his brand in the Impact Zone irrelevant.
Now he just needs to get his footage to air at some point. I have a feeling that will take some time, and he's only got about 4 1-hour episodes ready right now as it is.

That was a poor idea, he should've known better than to do anything with TNA. No company has ever benefitted from working with them.

They successfully broke Okada's spirit and ego like they were supposed to.

Jarrett should just upload his shows to the web. It seems like He's trying too hard to make GFW "the next big thing" and hasn't learned from TNA's mistake of getting too big for their britches. The one thing they did right was start small and grow over time, but Jarrett doesn't want to do that with GFW.

GFW is dead in the water. They're essentially competing with NXT and the bigger indy's and they don't have the money, talent, or goodwill to keep up, and they have Jeff Jarrett and the stink of TNA all over them.

Why are people being so damn cynical?
If they get a TV deal, are you still going to hope they fail?
