I'm guessing the guys interviewed are the ones that Jeff "has his eye on." In order of appearence:
Michael Facade Jason Gory Gannon Jones Jr. Patrick Hayes Cassidy Stone
Other people in the video include Chris LeRusso (the guy working with Facade), Brian McDowell (the one in the bowling shirt - he works an "angry bowler" gimmick), Alex Mathews (the guy working with Patrick Hayes in the yellow trunks), Ryan Reign (nondescript guy in the corner; former PWX champ), Corey Futuristic (in the white shirt - he's a time lord!) and Jimmy Nutts. Not a bad lineup.

They're doing a fantasy draft thing apparently where people can suggest who to sign via a hashtag

I am glad he's giving a look to a number of guys who could probably use a little exposure.

He needs to sign Brimstone. whoa! now wait just one minute. the GFW is just starting out, alright. they don't have Panda money to throw around like TNA does, and you want them to go spending what money they do have on Brimstone? you know a man with custom boots like his has to have a hefty price tag. i mean he probably costs as much as Styles, Daniels, Kazarian and Sabin combined, so maybe its better to get a couple of cheap guys like them and save Brimstone when they've gotten a little traction and some money saved up in the bank.

I don't see why the negativity towards this. For a new company there is a 99% chance it will fail and a 1% chance it will succeed. I think its always better when there are viable national alternatives in wrestling. Also have a lot of good indy talent that aren't being featured by some of the more established indy promotions. Would be nice to have another venue for these guys to make a living.
Chances aren't in their favor as far as succeeding, but I hope they do as it will benefit everyone if they succeed. And the best thing for wrestling in the US right now is to have more national brands to force other promotions to get a little nervous.

Its pretty crazy Jarrett's made all these connections and partnerships all over the world, but really doesn't even have a product to sell at this point.
Seriously, how the heck is he pitching this thing to so many people and they're buying into something that barely even exists?

Jarrett: "HeyitsJeffJarrettI'mstartinganewpromotionDoyouwanttobepartnersIfsosay'what'." Promoter: "What?" Jarrett: "Great!" *Jarrett hangs up the phone and goes off to write the press release*

I'm willing to give it a chance. I just want the "WCW Circa 2000" crew to stay the f*** out of it.
The absolute WORST thing GFW could do is open their promotion with Kevin Nash, Ric Flair, Eric Bischoff and others shambling out to the ring guaranteeing the fans they're going to be better than Titan. Jeff is going to have to take some risks. Personally, I'd like for GFW to refrain from having to use 1980's and 1990's talent just to pop a few people. I think fans that tune in to watch GFW aren't there to see guys like Mick Foley amble into the ring to shill his next appearance on whatever sitcom or reality special he's guest appearing on.

Please no Mick Foley or New Age Outlaws or any irrelevant Attitude Era personalities.
I'm eager to see what GFW is all about and I hope it's awesome.

Right now, he's got all these partner organisations, including New Japan and AAA, but no word on what he's forming. He will be on the final day of the G1 Climax this Sunday, so hopefully he'll reveal something there.

Maybe it's because he's the creator of TNA that's getting him all these connections. I know that it's the bane of our existence, but overseas it's probably just known as the number 2 promotion in North America. Even if it isn't that we don't really know the nature of these connections, it might just be a "keep your eyes open, if we aren't shit then maybe you'll wanna work with us." I'm still cautiously optimistic, I want this to be cool.

That would be amazing. I'm not quite sure he has the *ahem* stroke to pull off a network though. Perhaps he's just going to have access to guys who want to come to America to make a name for themselves and their respective companies while making more work available for guys on the indies and guys who aren't quite big name indy guys yet.

Give it some time, Drew Galloway (McIntyre) will be there. And will soon be the EVOLVE Heavyweight Champion, ICW Heavyweight Champion *Scotland Promotion*, and GFW World Champion all simultaneously. Just you wait.

Jarrett didn't divulge further at the G1 Climax Final. In fact, many of the fans treated his appearance as the start of intermission, and headed to get their concessions whilst he was in the ring.
