CM Punk is probably arranging an interview with Nancy Grace as we speak. I can't imagine Punk wanting to be on any "Cable News" channel that isn't MSNBC. I dunno. I'd pay good money to see Punk drop some f-bombs on her.

I need this to happen. But enough about Nancy Grace. I hope they release that Warrior special because I'd love to watch it.

That Warrior special is worth buying the Network over alone. It was touching to me.

Oh my God, I just watched the new documentary.
They actually had footage of him and Hogan burying the hatchet (amongst other backstage stuff). The thing with Vince and the Little Engine that Could book...you could see the appreciation on Vince's face.
I think I finally understand what and who the Ultimate Warrior was. Sometimes he didn't know when to tone down the intensity, and that may have distorted the good nature of his soul, but that weekend of closure is exactly what needed to happen for everyone involved. I think Jim, as a man, had a lot of issues stemming from his father abandoning his family. That might explain how he and Vince understood one another on a higher level.
Between this and the Jake Roberts speech, I'm taking a lot more than I expected away from Wrestlemania season. Inspiring.

You guys need to watch the last round table tribute of the Warrior with Booker, Dibiase and Sarge. It has Booker showing a pic of he and Warrior in Spain (with an apparent orb/halo over Warrior's head), footage of Warrior meeting with Taker and Shawn, HHH breaking down worse than Vince (new footage), Sarge talking about the relevance of the potato and how he was the only one to ever make Warrior break character in a ring, Batista being humble and appreciative as f***, and horribly sad footage of Warrior kissing his kids goodbye at either end of Mania or Raw.
also, the awkwardness of Dibiase throughout the whole special

Oh, and Sting had very very insightful comments on what Warrior meant to the kids of that generation.

So, in other words, if anyone in WWE appears on Nancy's show, they risk being demoted from the Four Horsemen to Raw.

Watched the special last night and holy crap, Im so glad they followed him around and taped stuff, made for a hell of a nice special tribute.
The bit where Triple H has Warrior in his office and Warrior is so interested in the stuff in the office itself like the pictures of the Performance Center, some of the props in H's office, just cool to see Warrior back in that world and caring about it.
Seemed like one hell of a guy in that special, knew what would work and what wouldnt in his career and seemed to genuinely love that he was back in the company.
I,too loved that little engine that could moment with Vince. So cool...

Managed to get to see it, brilliant. You could see Vince was really upset with his passing. What got to me the most was not the parts of reliving all my childhood memories of him being the Warrior, my hero with the Britisih Bulldog as a kid, but his two lovely daughters and his Wife.. They had such love for him. God bless them and Warrior.

The scenes of him making peace with everyone, and showing his kids around still make me sad. You could tell being a father was the highlight of his life.

Between this and the Jake Roberts speech, I'm taking a lot more than I expected away from Wrestlemania season. Inspiring. It's been possibly the most emotional WrestleMania there's been for a damn long time, both in regards to the on-screen narrative (Bryan's triumph, Lesnar ending Undertaker's win streak) and the story behind the scenes (Roberts and Hall beating their personal demons, Warrior making peace with everyone).

Just watched the documentary, it was pretty awesome. The last few minutes made me tear up though, the parts with HHH and Vince, they were so freaking sad.

I was a big fan of the Ultimate Warrior. He debuted around he time I started watching WWF in late 1987. As I grew as a wresting fan, I found myself becoming a fan of all promotions. They were magic times back then. Was he the best technician in the ring? No. But all that energy he displayed in his matches and his theme music just made him larger than life to me. He was a hero... maybe even a superhero to my young self. I kept thinking about getting the WWE Network and finally bought into it a mere hour before the live WWE Hall Of Fame started two weeks ago. Warrior's Hall of Fame induction was what got me to make the purchase, and I saw a man so very happy yet pulled no punches when it came to certain things that had been said about him during his time away from the WWF/WWE. The love and emotions you saw in him, his wife, mother and children really drove home the point that as awesome a performer he was playing a role in the ring and on television, that performance paled in comparison to the man and who he really was... a man that valued family above all else. It really was vindication. Today's generation of WWE performers and the live audience loved that character and no amount of revisionist history was going to change their opinions of him.
I was so shocked by his death (as were so many fans and even those whom weren't always current on wrestling). To have had the weekend he had and then for him to die immediately afterwards hurt not only myself but all whom enjoyed the character and the man behind the character. Even now, seeing all of the specials on the Network about Warrior and seeing him mend fences with so many of his contemporaries, it's sad but in a way that last weekend he was alive built a foundation that can't ever be destroyed and all of the memories he left us will never fade. His messages to the fans and his younger generation contemporaries are timeless and I do believe that he may have changed a few of these performers' careers with his message about the limited time they have performing.
He laid all of the burdens aside, finding peace among his contemporaries and allowed them to see what his family already knew Warrior to be. He was my childhood hero and became my hero again that last weekend he was with us. Rest in Peace, Warrior.

I just watched the Warrior documentary and just wow. Amazing stuff. We're all really fortunate that the Warrior was at Mania, put old grudges to bed, and his final act was to inspire anyone that would listen. Warrior is bigger than a wrestler, he's an idea or concept and I'm grateful to have been a small part of it all.
