The July 1984 show at MSG was not sold out, despite the following line-up :
Hulk Hogan vs. Greg Valentine
Tito Santana vs. Bob Orton
Adonis and Murdoch vs. Sgt. Slaughter and Terry Daniels
Fabulous Moolah vs. Wendy Richter (with Cyndi Lauper in her corner)
Bob Backlund vs. Butcher Vachon
And a battle royal won by Antonio Inoki!

Andre the Giant's team from the 88 Survivor Series is the only one where all the members have passed away. I just Googled who was on that team. Harley Race who was the oldest guy on the team outlived them all.

2019 is the first year in which 3 Pro Wrestling promotions each have a 2-hour show on Cable TV.

Andre the Giant's team from the 88 Survivor Series is the only one where all the members have passed away. And reverse of that, their opponents, captained by Jake Roberts, are the only team on the show in which everyone is still with us.

If someone mentioned this already I'm sorry BUT
Jon Moxley is the only person to hold the WWE United States Title and the IWGP United States Title (so far)

Andrade probably has a pretty solid chance of joining that before too long, though, as he held NJPW's as La Sombra.

At the 1988 Survivor Series, Greg Valentine eliminated Blue Blazer (Owen Hart under the mask).
At the 1993 Survivor Series, Owen Hart eliminated Blue Knight (Greg Valentine under the mask).

Fittingly, given the chemistry and love between the two, the only person to ever kick out of Kenny Omega's "One Winged Angel".....was Kota Ibushi (That botch with Chris Jericho doesn't count. He didn't kick out of the move, he transitioned it into a Tornado DDT)

Daniel Bryan/Bryan Danielson and Seth Rollins/Tyler Black do not, unless I am mistaken, have a 5 star match yet in Meltzer's rankings.
Lars Sullivan does. (Granted, him and like 5 or so other guys from an NXT ladder match, but still, may surprise you.)

In that vein, The Sheepherders/Bushwackers have had one 5 star match and one -4 match.

I mentioned it in another thread way back, perhaps this one? BUT
One Man Gang was the runner up in the inaugural editions of both the Royal Rumble Match and World War 3 battle royal.

If there was a grand finale match of Survival at Survivor Series 1989 the match would’ve been:
Dusty Rhodes, Brutus Beefcake, Hulk Hogan, and The Ultimate Warrior
Vs.
Randy Savage, Dino Bravo, Earthquake, and Mr. Perfect
Most of these men would cross each other’s paths in 1990

If the rumors are true and Syn Sophia is actually making the first AEW game, it would make Chris Jericho what I believe may be the first wrestler to appear in 3 different promotion's games from the same developers.
Edit: to build on this, the only other people currently involved in AEW to appear in an AKI game are Jim Ross, Earl Hebner, Billy Gunn, Dean Malenko, DDP, and CIMA.
