The ECW World title had the flags of Mexico, Japan, USA, Britain, Canada and France on it. To the best of my knowledge, short of a disastrous attempted Canadian tour, EC-Dub never promoted a show outside the US.

About 13 minutes into her Intercontinental title match against Chris Jericho at Survivor Series 1999, Chyna performs a pedigree from the top rope. Thus inventing the Pepsi Plunge years before Punk did, that being said she completely botches the move.

The first ppv of the Noughties, Royal Rumble 2000, ends with the Big Show being thrown over the top rope (by the Rock).
The last ppv of the Noughties, TLC 2009, ends with the Big Show being thrown over the top rope (by DX using a ladder).

Jesse Ventura made at least two eerily prophetic statements at NWA/WCW Superbrawl II in 1992.
First, he told Jim Ross that he should wear a cowboy hat and call himself "J.R." The idea went from being far-fetched to reality just a few years later.
Then, during Marcus Bagwell's match, Ventura asked when Bagwell was going to start calling for his mother. Judy Bagwell debuted on WCW TV in 1998.

Fresno, CA has had three PPV events, two of which were Royal Rumbles
Chicago has had 15 PPV events, 10 out of the other 11 months besides January, with No Royal Rumbles.

well I'm not going thru all 23 pages to check if this has been posted already but;
Hogan wrestled Flair at a WWF house show at MSG before their "first" match in WCW
Steve Austin and Hogan have actually already wrestled each other for about 5 seconds on RAW when nWo faced Rock and Austin, in a match that had arguably the 5 biggest stars in the business in one ring and it had little to no buildup

I missed this thread.
Here's one that might be interesting (and might need a little cleaning up actually) - Eric Young is the only person to win a 'World Heavyweight' title and a 'Womens' title at the same company.

Allow me to dish on my hometown for a moment.
Being the wrestling hotbed that it is, it's a bit surprising that Tampa, Florida has hosted just four WWF/E pay-per-view events -- two in the last four years. They were Royal Rumble 1995, Survivor Series 2000, Extreme Rules 2011 and Battleground 2014.
WCW held four PPVs across the bay in St. Petersburg (SuperBrawls I and VI, Slamboree 1995 and 1996), but never in Tampa. Though the company did host one of the first Internet PPV events in Tampa on April 2, 1998. It was called "Malice at the Palace."
On another note, WCW did not hold a single PPV in its hometown of Atlanta after Slamboree 1993.

Vic Grimes appeared briefly as a shifty looking member of Droz and Alberts posse. It was subtly hinted that he was their drug dealer.
The next time Grimes appeared on WWE tv was in 2007, where he played a priest, who loudly objected to the sinful nature of the show. Before getting caned by the Sandman.
So lets hear it for Vic Grimes and his remarkable 8 year turnaround.

Chris Jericho never had a major injury. He had a broken arm early in Smoky Mountain Wrestling, though I guess your assertion might still count, just in that it didn't keep him out of action a whole hell of a lot.

Despite being the capital of Canada, Ottawa has never hosted a WWE PPV. Several RAW/Smackdown!/TV Tapings over the years, but not a special event.
