As you know, Magnus lost the TNA title to Eric Young on Thursday. Magnus, who had to use an army of toadies and large amounts of cheating to retain his title during numerous defenses, was pinned clean. So what is next for Magnus?

It is pretty impressive that I legitimately don't give a f*** considering I am someone who has wanted TNA to pull the trigger on Magnus for years now.

No lie, I was one of those who regularly called Magnus the Future of TNA. Even when he was average as a babyface and ring skills wise, I still held out hope for him. But TNA turned him heel and made all his world title matches an essay in how to cut someone off at the knees and I stop caring. Right now, he's in the same boat as fellow former champion Chris Sabin.

Honestly, to me he's been super exposed as a mediocre performer since he became a main eventer. So go away for a little while and improve.

This run has soured me on him a bit, but I think Magnus could still perform at a high level in the main event. He just never had a chance with the '12 guys run in after 2 minutes' booking.

I really want to see that feud with his hairline. He seems to be losing the battle so far, so it comes off as a natural feud where he could bring out some real emotion and get the fans behind him in this battle.

He got exposed when working with people who were at a level higher than him. Folks like Aries, Roode, and Styles had the benefit of working with a wide array of talent in and outside TNA. Magnus basically been in TNA the whole time except for his brief stint in the UK indy scene. His ringwork is a direct product of TNA not having the right agents to take rookies under the wings and help them grow. Magnus is someone who could definitely use the experience of working outside the TNA bubble.

After Magnus loses his rematch for the world title he'll find the TV title in Abyss' bag, which he'll trade Abyss a bag of thumb tacks and a plumber shirt for the TV belt.
To return the TV title to its glory days and a rib on EY, Magnus will once again call the TV title the TNA Global Championship!
3 months later no body will remember Magnus or the TV/Global title ever existed....
