As we all know, Evolution back in 2003/2004 consisted of 4 members, two of which were new guys whose association with the group skyrocketed them into main event status. Right now, Evolution is only at 3 guys and they're all in the long term veteran category. So of all the guys on the main roster, do you think that they should add a 4th guy in order to help make him a bigger star?

If they had not just changed Cesaro to be with Heyman, he could have been a good fit.
I actually don't want them to add someone new, even if it fits with the idea of what 'Evolution' means.

Sheamus, Orton and Batista as the league of douchebags.

I mean I was thinking having Reigns get added to the group, then having him turn on Triple H later in the year to set up a feud between the two of them

Jinder Mahal would fit right in.

I want Evolution to be a short term thing, maybe keep them together for two PPVs at the most, so adding a 4th member wouldn't really work.

The 4th member needs to be a generic "blank slate" who can be molded and groomed by the group. Best choice imo is a heel turned Cody Rhodes.
Other choices would be Drew McIntyre, Zack Ryder, Alex Riley, or Darren Young. The use of a lower ranking fallen star serves to put over Triple H's role as the boss by highlighting the meta idea that he can "push" whomever he pleases.

I want Del Rio to join them for no other reason that, whenever HHH, Orton and Batista try to be super serious and intense by breathing heavily, Del Rio would be there with his s*** eating grin calling them perros and thinking about destiny.

Well I think it should probably be some young up-and-comer that fits the feel of the Evolution stable. Someone like Big Show.

Swerve, Daniel Bryan.
He is the protege of Triple H's two best friends, after all.

Sin Cara.
No, I'm serious. The whole Sin Cara thing is widely known to be HHH's big pet project-gone-bust, so it makes sense that he'd want to groom it. It would also give him a stable-member who - in theory - can fly and has speed that can match Bryan, the Usos, Rollins and others; something Evolution does lack. Ditch the gimmicky light show and theatrics and give him a killer edge. Don't even have to have him talk if they don't want to. Instead, treat him like Great Muta circa 1989 JCP. Let him be the Youtube highlight reel of their matches. Do it right and he'd finally get over by the time they were ready to have him turn face against HHH.

I wouldn't be against Sheamus, would give him something to do and let him be an asshole heel again.
Del Rio would be a nice fit too, but that would mean him getting a push again.
