I really do not understand why WWE, or anyone, feels that they need to manufacture any kind of groundswell of support for Cesaro. Unless I'm missing something, people are onboard with him. I guess this might tie into the whole thing with some in management not "getting" Cesaro, but the whole thing sounds like hooey to me.

Maybe they want to get 'the rest' of the audience on board with Cesaro?

Maybe they want to get 'the rest' of the audience on board with Cesaro? To the rest of the audience, nothing will have really changed. If they want to hold up a Cesaro Section sign there isn't a person telling them no. The only difference is that potentially there may be more signs on TV but from what I've seen those that printed them went all out with it anyway.

It's not "newz" if it is from the observer.
"Newz" is more for the tabloidy style stuff

It's not "newz" if it is from the observer. "Newz" is more for the tabloidy style stuff Given that there's people in this thread demonstrating that it's made up of assumptions and conjecture, it can safely be called newz, regardless of how much people like the source.

I saw that guy giving out the Cesaro section signs! I saw the same guy giving out "Welcome Home" signs for Chris Hero at the ROH show in Nashville.
Obviously he works for both ROH and WWE.
ROH/WWE merger confirmed.

Yeah I jumped the gun with that reply, I scanned the post and saw the words "wrestling observer" and jumped in to posting before reading mode

I worry that this will backfire. It reeks of what they tried to do with Fandango instead of what happened with Daniel Bryan (yes there is a difference). Even know, they still don't have a grasp of letting things grow organically. Nah. Cesaro has far too much talent for the fans to ever turn on him. Now, if this was Roman Reigns, yeah it could easily happen. If that was all it was down to then no-one would have turned on Cena, or The Rock, or Triple H, or countless others.

Cena was hated long before he became any sort of competent worker and never actually changed his gimmick so the damage could never be undone, Triple H has had a lot of periods where he was consistently outright awful in the ring, and Rock was never particularly good in the ring when left to his own devices.

You don't understand WWE wanting to give Cesaro a push because they've noticed him getting over with fans?
