I wonder if her bf (Nicholas Hoult, who plays Beast) was a big reason she enjoyed making those movies.........and how that will work now that they're split up...

Hopefully it leads to him getting fired and bringing back Kelsey Grammer.

Hank McCoy moves away and Mystique starts sleeping with Sabertooth, not played by Liev Schreiber.
I think she just has franchise fatigue. This will be her third one, most actors get tired of it unless their Robert Downey, Jr and get paid 60 million for one movie.

Sexual tension with Beast, sexual tension with Magneto, with the eventual twist that her actual love interest is Destiny, whom she knocks up with a young Nightcrawler after shapeshifting into a male.

.....this would lead me to believe, then, that Oscar Isaac is playing a villain in Episode 7.....?
EDIT: Never mind. According to that teaser trailer, Issac is an X-wing pilot.

Oh, f*** this. STOP PUSHING OSCAR ISAAC!
He sucked in Robin Hood, he sucked in Sucker Punch, and frankly he's been underwhelming in every movie I've seen him in.
I'm sure he was great as some folk music playing cat owner, but COME ON!

All that matters right now is his recent track record, which is very strong.

I just hope Toad, Spyke, and Ink get some serious screen time here. As I've said, Days of Future Past got me pumped for the potential Brotherhood lineup. Hell, I'd even take those three plus Havok being the Horsemen, but my fear is they'll go the Evolution route and have it be the more experienced mutants, like Charles, Magneto, Beast, Wolverine, or Mystique.

I kind of figured they weren't going to be in Apocalypse. It really doesn't make sense for them unless they do more time travel.

Doesn't it make sense to have the more experienced mutants fight Apocalypse though? I don't want to see the current inexperienced ones defeat him in the end. I'd love to see Marsden as Cyclops, Famke, Halle, Hugh, Kelsey, Ashmore, and Paquin as their respective characters finally have their chance to shine.

I could be wrong, but I think he's had one or two chances to shine.

Angela Bassett would have made for a great Storm. Angela Bassett has great range, but I don't think she can play Storm in her 20s. I think she was up for the role when the X-Men movies first started.
