ISP says things check out...ive spent 6 hours dealing with this today. Make it work or give me a refund is my current catchphrase. If one of those two things doesn't happen I am abandoning the WWE in every way. Worst customer service ever.

Have you tried contacting support? I don't know of all the ways to contact support, but I know one easy way is through Twitter via @askwwenetwork. I tweeted them during the first week. They got back to me the next day and responded with what I needed. At the least you could ask them for all of the ways to contact them for support.

Go to speedtest.net and run a test to a node a couple states away and post your info. What type of wireless (I'm assuming due to roku) hardware are you using...cable modem w/ built in wireless, wireless access point connected to modem via cable...that kinda thing. See if we can't help you out.

What was the results of the speed test in the end? It shouldn't be an issue, Netflix streams flawlessly. Not necessarily. Netflix will lower quality/change the stream rate based on what your speed is, MLBAM/WWE cannot or won't do it as they are only streaming in 720p. I can watch Netflix with zero issues but trying to watch an On Demand show from WWE can be extremely hit or miss.

I haven't had a single issue with the Network since launch day. I doubt the Network is the problem.

Use a bandwith throttling program on one of my pc's I watch the network on to keep it running at a consistant lower resolution (mimicking a slow connection for that pc so WWE sends it to me at a lower resoltion) otherwise quality is all over the place. Can't even watch an on demand program on it with the throttle software active.

I have an important sounding job wherein I lead roughly 30 ppl while balancing a six figure budget...l but I am the least tech savvy person on the planet (hyperbole) and sadly im often at the mercy of tech support for these matters. I spent roughly 6 hours, on my birthday no less, dealing with customer service at wwe network and my isp provider. Each points fingers at the other. The wife will deal will with it from here out, and I will get my wrestling fix from NJPW. A big thank you to everyone ITT who tried to help me.

Sorry couldn't help you out and about the shitty birthday. Comes down to it though don't hesitate to ask if you need a step by step on anything. Honestly I'm guessing this might be an easy fix once the problem gets sorted out, but yeah both sides are gonna just pass the buck on the other...hopefully you get someone competent and not reading from a laminated help desk binder trying to fix it.

I have both Netflix and WWE network on my 360 and WWE network runs better than netflix does for me. Not sure what the issue could be.

Netflix is more user friendly too. I'm surprised WWE designed their Network page the way they did. For me its similar to browsing a Geocities fan page from 1998

Just to follow up...
Still nothing. At some point late last week, my wife attempted to solve the issues via Live Chat...and was told they would call her at 5 pm sharp (she copied the convo), apparently it is still not 5 pm.
I emailed WWE Fan Services, telling the full and complete story to that point, and they replied asking what device I was using...which I had clearly stated in the previous email. I replied with the info they requested, and they still haven't replied.
