For me it's over easy.
I need to be able to dip all my other breakfast items into that delicious golden yolk.
Poached is fine as well if I want to eat a morning sammich, bacon or ham on a toasted english muffin with some cheese as well! Slap on a poached egg in that sumabitch and when you take that first bite and the yolk squirts onto the plate and you dip your heavenly sammich into that yolk and just omg now I'm going to make breakfast for dinner I just decided. <_<

Depends. If I go out, it is either over easy or sunny side up. I love to mix the eggs, yolk, hashbrowns and some salsa together. If at home, scrambled since no one can flip a damn yolk in this house. My mom used to make a good fried egg sandwich but it has been years.

See now there's a strong contender for best way to eat an egg. Load that with meat and cheese and salsa and you have a damn good way to start out a day. *sigh* and I pretend to wonder where all this weight gain over the last 2 years has come from.

It all depends, alone I like it soft boiled, with toast sunny side up, or with corn beef hash, poached.

Yep, it is called Huevos Rancheros, throw in some fried corn tortillias, and you got some migas.

Also Pork Chorizo and Eggs needs a shout out.
Fry that shit up together scrambled style put it in a flour tortilla with some hot sauce and cheese and a strip of bacon and that's pretty decent too. My sorta breakfast burrito.
Rest of my family prefers it with corn tortilla ripped into strips and then they use the strips to pick up the eggs and eat it that way. Pretty grubbin too I must say.

Depends on what I'm wanting.
Over Easy for a typical bacon egg and hashbrown breakfast
Pickled for a snack
Deviled for picnics and such.

In order of preference ... Poached > Scrambled > Fried > Boiled > some other variety.
The first two can be done anytime, fried requires a full english so takes longer ... boiled requires timing. I like them all.

I love eating eggs.
I'll eat them scrambled, omelette, sunny side up, hard boiled.
Yum.

Scrambled with some pepper on top, typically.
