Good lord that Apter interview was annoying. He kept bringing up how he was "considered one of the boys" and all the different wrestlers careers and angles he was responsible for. Listening to him talk, its almost as if the entire wrestling industry in the 80s was built around him and his magazine

The 2 hour 25th anniversary podcast with Lance Storm, Don Callis & Dr. Luther is pure gold.
Just one hilarious story after another.

I got to hear that one, I knew of his friendship with Storm and Luther (I think he was Lenny but I'm not sure). Never knew he was close with Callis because he never mentioned him in his books. I wanna hear about early Calgary indies, and how he got booked on a birthday party for orange juice.

Shelton Benjamin last week was interesting. You could tell they used to be friends when they worked for WWE, and hadn't talked in a while.
I liked hearing why he left WWE; never read any interviews or saw any SB shoot interviews, so the stories were new.

I find jerichos best interviews tend to be with people he's friends with and where its more a conversation

I haven't commented on this topic in a while, but I'm still a regular listener. I figure it's time for a bump, since Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows were on this week. This was a fantastic episode. Gallows, Anderson and Jericho are laughing so much. The Nigerian story is incredible. Totally worth a listen.

I find jerichos best interviews tend to be with people he's friends with and where its more a conversation One time before the Revolver Golden Gods Awards a few years back, Dee Snider was interviewing people on the "black carpet" and at one point it was he, Zakk Wylde, and Chris Jericho all having one cool ass conversation telling stories and all that. It was super cool and I guess what I'm trying to say is I want Jericho to have Wylde and Snider as guests one episode.

This week Jericho is joined by his best friends in the whole world and the longest reigning Universal Champion in history Kevin Owens!

Gallows seems like such a funny guy. That grizzled young vet song was hilarious. I love Talkin Shop. Glad Jericho said they have another recorded already!

I just have to say I hate how Jericho transitions into ads. Pretending he is stopping the conversation to do the ad. Adds nothing to the show but pissing me off at how rude he is in kayfabe for doing it
