Batista is such a cool dude. He could be an awesome drink buddy for everyone watch his first DVD, "I walk alone", even his ex wife says he's a great guy, he has a daughter, and she got pregnant by her boyfriend, he even let him move in with his family, after awhile the relationship doesn't work, and the guy leaves, he died in a car crash, and while telling the story Batista got real emotional. He's a very shy and quiet dude, but once he lets you in, and becomes your friend, he'll do everything for you. He told the story of inviting MVP to the GOTG filming, and let him stay at his house. Weird, it seems like all Evolution members are cool people to have as your friends, except Orton lol.

I appreciated that Jericho told a story which Joan Rivers in a negative light, only because most of the media is now painting her as this saint when she had many faults. I felt that Jericho expressed that clearly while still being respectful.

I felt that Jericho expressed that clearly while still being respectful. That's pretty much how someone like Joan Rivers would have wanted it. Hell, if she knew that people would be talking all positive about her after her death, she would have been the first one to object to it.

HHH seemed pretty cool. I'm a little disappointed Jericho didn't grill him a bit more about their own history but still. I'd like to hear him on Stone Cold's show.

I came into this thread when I heard Triple H was on the show to basically find out what it was like. Is there ANY discussion on their alleged animosity?

This is all just a work! Triple H probably forced Y2J to do a podcast with him so he could just talk about himself the whole time! They actually hate eachother!

Just that the wwf guys then saw him as the enemy because he was with wcw, and that they were furious that he was put with the rock on his first night.

I actually like how Triple H did the interview. Jericho hardly had to ask any questions at all. Triple H was able to take a couple questions and have them transcend to where they wanted to go next. That's the easiest interview to do.

I've fallen behind a little bit. I just finished the BASTITA podcast the other day, which I felt was tremendous. I think it was his best podcast since Chavo Guerrero. I started listening to HHH. I'm about halfway through the first episode but so far it's nothing special, other than Triple H forgetting Alex Wright's name.

Really enjoyed the Hunter episodes, first time I've listened to Talk is Jericho. Kinda dig the music based opening few minutes, and the interview itself was great. With HHH not doing alot of long interviews like this, it was really cool to hear a (relatively) relaxed Hunter just shooting the shit.
Gonna have to check out the Batista episodes next, any other ones people recommend?

I thought Jericho making reference to United 93 and what would have happened had it been full of WWE guys was in bad taste.
I get what he was going for, but it makes it seem like those people on that flight didn't act thouroughly or act as strongly as say...wrestlers. Jericho fails to see that the the circumstances of the situation have little to do with how physically imposing or tough you might be. It's also easy to react differently in hindsight.

The Triple H episodes were awesome. I could never imagine Vince being as honest and candid as Hunter was.

Just started listening to this podcast and I'm really liking it. So far I've listened to the HHH and Batista episodes and they were both really good.
I just downloaded the Total Divas episode so that should be interesting.

A two-parter with the Hardy Boyz went up this week. I gotta make time to listen to this.

The Hardys episodes were pretty good. Both came across really well, and were very open and honest about their substance abuse problems.
Kevin Smith up next week. That'll be interesting.

Hardy Boyz were great. Jeff needs to speak up a little more, but he's Jeff Hardy what do you expect.
To update the topic -
Last week was a two-parter with Kevin Smith. I still need to listen to that one.
Wednesday's show featured Hornswaggle.
Today's show featured porn star Asa Akire. I listened to that one immediately. Great stuff.
Next week is John Morrison!!
