I actually enjoyed Triple H's 2-part interview, and can hear the influence of Kevin Nash when he speaks. A master of manipulation, he can take your personal feelings of anger towards the man and turn it into a positive in a short conversation. I'm still not a fan of the wrestler, nor thinks he's all that good, but it was a pleasant surprise. The Hardys interview was fine, not really a lot to say about them. Good to hear they're doing much better. Kevin Smith's first part was enjoyable, and here's another guy I don't exactly think is as good as people say. But he gives a humble interview, he doesn't think he's better than anybody and I can't really dislike anybody who is a loyal fan of Degrassi Junior High.

I finally listened to the Kevin Smith podcast this week. Kevin Smith is just full of great dialog. He and Jericho meshed well.
John Morrison is up today. I just started listening to it, so I don't have much more to say. I figured this topic needed a bump.

So did Jericho asked him about Melina? In my opinion that relationship greatly hurt him in 2 occasions, first after the batista deal, Meltzer said that Vince always saw Morrison as pussy whipped after that, the second time was when he snubbed Trish and Snookie at WM.

The Morrison interview, with the exception of the Iceland situation was pretty dull. He doesn't go into detail about a lot of things, they just bring something up, acknowledge it and move forward...little depth, which is disappointing.

Not one word was mentioned about Melina. Chris Hartwick from The Nerdist is Friday's podcast. I don't feel like updating the topic title because who cares about Chris Hartwick?

Damn shame, I don't get it, Y2J questioned Drew about Tiffany, and asked him point blank if her relationship with her hurt him politically, Drew answered that it was blown out of proportion, and that he wasn't in a good place mentally after his mother passing, that his performance suffered because of it. For better or worse, Melina is an integral part of Morrison's history, maybe the reason why he never reached the main event scene, I would've liked to hear John talk about her, like for once clearing up everything.
Whats a Chris Hartwick? I don't think I'll listen to that episode.

Enjoying the Lemmy episode a lot, but the first part where they talk about Lemmy's artifacts and his collection of various guitars and WW2 stuff is kind of lost on an audio listener since I have no frame of reference visually for what they're talking about.

I turned off the Lemmy podcast maybe halfway in. The talk of his artifacts wasn't interesting and I cna barely understand Lemmy anyway.
The Usos podcast on Friday was pretty good. I like the Usos and I'm happy for their current success.

Lemmy is the man, can't think of a better guest on the music side. Hogan was great too.

hell yeah. I tuned out last week with the non-wrestling guests. I haven't listened to part 1 yet, but I am anxious to listen to Jericho & HBK.

Shawn is at least consistent with his stories about getting fired from WWF, so I tend to believe him on that. I'm glad they touched on the 2008 feud, hope they also touch on the 2003 feud. I also hope they touch on the "cussing each other out in catering", but I'm doubtful.

loved the 2 parter with HBK. I didn't think I would be interested in hearing about the Montreal screwjob again, but I was wrong. I also feel the need to go back and watch the Y2J/HBK feud from 2008. WWE Network needs to make a special about it or something.

I've sat and listened to the podcasts with HBK, Pat Patterson and the first Lance Storm one tonight. Jericho's on a roll lately. The HBK ones were great, loved hearing about their feud, and loved HBK not telling the same story of "oh I was messed up I'm sorry" and being a little "Yeah, I WAS messed up, but y'know what, a lot of the time I was right in what I was doing." Hearing that side of it makes him seem...I dunno. I've heard him apologise for so long that it was nice for him to go "Y'know what, I was no worse than a lot of people. Give me a break."
The Storm one was fun because I don't think I've ever heard them talk to each other before, and it was just like them getting nostalgic like they were sitting having a conversation. And I love Lance, anyway.
The Patterson one, though, is easily my favourite. Pat's stories need to be heard. Everyone knows nowadays what a genius he is, but the man has such a fascinating story that I don't feel like has ever been told before. He's just the kind of character the world needs. He's so positive, he loves helping people, he puts his heart and soul into what he does because he loves it. And he lived his dream and continues to do so. He's just fantastic.

Couldn't agree more. Patterson was a great guest. I'm really enjoying the Lance Storm podcast. They have some amazing stories. Can't wait for part two.

SAMOA JOE! Great listen. The podcast ended and then I was like - "WAIT - HE DIDN'T ASK JOE ABOUT GOING TO WWE?!?!" but then he confirmed Joe and WWE are "in negotiations" which is pretty damn exciting. Could we see Joe vs Owens in NXT before the end of the year?
Next week is Justin Gabriel, which should be another good one. Jericho has been on a roll lately. I wouldn't be surprised if he got Bill DeMott as a guest real soon.
