It has to be Mr Kennedy he did not even get his match next has to be Sandow or Cena as neither became champion.

I suppose it's Edge II as you forgot him yourself I thought about adding him but assumed I'd get chewed out for it.

Kane will be remembered as the only one to cash in that night (unless my Rollins-cashes-in-on-Reigns theory pans out). I suppose his run with the briefcase was the least memorable since only lasted about an hour, but I don't think that counts.
I considered Sandow, but I imagine he'll be remembered as the first person to blow it with his title shot and never become champion.
I considered Kennedy, but he'll be remembered for blowing it in real life.
I considered Cena, but he'll be remembered for the big production he made out of his cash-in.
I considered Swagger, but he'll be remembered for being pushed to the main event way too soon.
I'm going to go with Punk's second run. It was like they couldn't think of anyone new to push.

Cena. If it wasn't for the meme that came out of it I'd have zero recollection of it. I don't even remember who it was he failed to cash in on.

Ha, I had completely forgot that Cena and Show were even remotely involved in Punks attack on Rock. Talk about getting over-shadowed.

I only remember Kane winning when they bring it up during packages. I can remember Kennedy because he lost the briefcase to Edge

Kennedy and Sandow because Sandow seemed like it was forever ago where he went after failing. Kennedy never even got to try and cash in. One I try to forget is Swagger because he was so badly booked in that. Kane I remember because Kane was awesome as champion and was way over due for Kane to get a World title run.

CM Punk's first. Or second. I can't remember which, because one of them he turned heel and one of them he didn't, and I don't remember the babyface one AT ALL. Was that the first one?

The first one was where Edge was bragging that he was switching brands, leaving Raw without a title. Then Big Dave came out and beat the crap out of Edge. Then Punk cashed in. As far as who I voted for here? Kennedy. Ironically, he was the very first one to come to mind when I saw the topic, but it's not like I forgot about any of the others, so...

Mr. Kennedy. Granted, Sandow is next in line considering he failed miserably and now he's a straw loser on TV, but Kennedy was a guy who didn't get a chance to keep the briefcase with him, considering he suffered his 45th career injury two weeks after announcing his intentions to cash it in a WrestleMania XXIV and they did a quickie "match" where Edge somehow goaded Kennedy to put it on the line, and Edge won in short order.

Gotta be Kennedy. His injury in 2007 was really the death knell on WWE looking at him as top guy material. It didn't help that Edge simply cashed in on an injured UT that same week. I think we all dodged a bullet there. Did anyone want to see Kennedy cutting promos counting down until the next WM?
