Good fight. And great job by Weidman. He kept Machida at bay for most of the fight and weathered the storm when Machida turned it on.

"Probably. I can't remember right now."

What the Springsteen? Does no one ever listen to the lyrics of that daggone song? Very unfortunate since the song has the lyrics, "go and kill the Yellow man!" though I know Machida is not Vietnamese, but still...I couldn't help but think of this. People have to let go of 'Born in the USA' as a patriotic song.

"Probably. I can't remember right now." Somewhere, George St. Pierre throws a plate against a wall. Good lord, that's a funny line. Damn good fight and an impressive performance by Weidman. Props to Machida for coming back strongly in the 4th and the 5th. I wonder whose next for Weidman, especially if Belfort still can't fight.

I think he's recovering from surgery or something but almost certainly Rockhold.

Woof. They need to get Cyborg in soon or there's going to be nothing left of this division. I doubt that anytime soon. She'd piss so hot it'd burn through the cup Alien blood style.

I'd go Jacare ahead of Rockhold personally.(Though that would depend on the outcome of the Mousasi fight.

Great victory from Weidman as the guy showed the heart of a champion in 5th round.
And please no more rematches Machida lost fair and square.

I thought of that too this morning. Maybe the winner of that fight gets next shot? If so, that could be the main event of 176.

Yeah, and if she did get clean, she's probably be like, a quarter the size she is now. Anyhoo, good for Weidman. Hopefully this will shut up most of the dickheads who can't get over Silva and harp on about him being a fluke.

I guess UFC can let Ronda fight Cat Zingano when she's ready, but eventually UFC is going to have to make Cyborg or Gina Carano an offer they can't refuse to return to MMA, make weight, and fight Ronda. I REALLY want UFC and Holly Holm to come to an agreement but at last update, they were pretty far apart in the negotiations.
