Quarterfinals Recap:
There had been bad blood brewing between The Rock and Triple H for a while now as they headed into their Quarterfinal match. And of course it didn't take long before their respective factions, The Nation and DX, got involved. As the referee tried to break up a ringside brawl between the two teams, Triple H went for the Pedigree but Owen Hart nailed Hunter with a missile dropkick. Rock then hit The People's Elbow for the win.
His place in the Semifinals secure, Rock ordered fellow Nation members D'Lo Brown & Owen Hart to lay down in their match, giving The Rock a clear path to the Finals. Both men agreed and walked out of the ring together. But as the referee's count reached nine, Owen raced back into the ring just beating the 10 count. Rock confronted Owen but before anything could happen DX jumped the Nation again
During the brawl, Mark Henry twisted his ankle. As a result he was easy prey for Ken Shamrock's Ankle Lock
And in our final match Steve Blackman's martial arts overcame Faarooq's power as Blackman scored the pin after The Bicycle kick.
Now that our PPV is all set, we can look towards the finals. Which two will fight for the Crown? Time to vote.
