But WWE did not ban her from buildings. Brie purchased a ticket and was allowed into the arena.

They could have staged the segments to seem even more realistic, but overall I feel the segments worked very well, especially for the live crowd. It got a nice response on Twitter as well and I feel the segment just flat out worked. Steph was great too.

If it were the Performance Center or a venue that WWE owned or had exclusive use of, she'd have a better case, but WWE doesn't own the American Airlines Arena. Miami-Dade county owns the venue, and WWE would have needed to have banned her from the building in advance. As soon as she had a paid ticket for attendance, under Florida law only the venue can deny her entry, WWE would have needed to set that up with the venue ahead of time. It's more an issue of poor planning on WWE's part.

The entire kayfabe case against Stephanie would make a lot more sense if Brie never grabbed the mic out of Steph's hands and calling her a bitch. If Brie is a fan, she has the same rights as fans.
