I hope they mute Lawler and JBL's mics everytime Sting has an in ring segment. Mute JBL's too, unless we wanna hear, "He's twerking!!!"

Caption contest? Paul Heyman: (thinking) "Yes, Sting Hogan and Bryan, smile now. Soon my new Dangerous Alliance will destroy you all, and I can finally break out my big cell phone."

Now I want this to happen just to experience the intense hatred on forums across the world. But how can someone turn heel on Sting if Sting is already heel? The theological implications of that are mind-boggling. Heyman could turn on him by ordering Brock to attack him. Paul E. wants to avenge the Dangerous Alliance's loss to Sting's Squadron.

In the five seconds of that 'it's showtime' video, Sting looked more motivated than he did in TNA for years.

How rude of him, I wanted to hear what Heyman had to say about Brock Lesnar breaking a certain streak at Wrestlemania that belonged to the Undertaker.

Sting looks like he's been using his time since leaving TNA to get back into shape.

i'm really sorry, i don't want to start an argument or sound like a dick, or anything like that and i can see alot of people love the Stinger, and that's great, but please can someone please tell me what in the blue hell you would do with him now, that isn't a massive nostalgia trip. If like a few people have said you just bring him in for a promo and maybe a new WCW DVD or a legends of wrestling show whats the point? I was a big WCW fan back in the day, but that ship sailed 13 years ago. apart from the game and the new sting doll what else is there to do with him? do we get a 10 minute talky talk with Sting and The Big Show? and then that leads to a Match? cos at the moment that is the only guy who is even slightly relevant to Sting. either that or Kane.

It is a nostalgia trip, but that's what pro wrestling is, the vast majority of the major draws in the last decade (whether that's due to WWE's faulty character building or not) means The Rock, Ultimate Warrior, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, and indeed a Sting are more important to a lot of fans than current guys. They're a kick back to times when wrestling felt (possibly due to nostalgia goggles) more amazing and interesting. What to do with him? Easy, get creative and form up a good story where Sting works with a younger guy, or make a one off marquee match and have Sting vs Cena, relevance to Sting doesn't really matter, that's what writing the weekly episodic TV shows are for, if the company can't work with a big name like Sting then they should be looking at how they book their shows. Sting has more of an aura than the vast majority of the roster, along with being more established/important than the same segment of the roster, to not use him would be the bigger chin scratcher. As a business the WWE can capitalize on the fact Sting has an image/name people know, and as fans many of us who were big fans as kids/young adults can look on going 'IT'S STING!'

Sting looks like he's been using his time since leaving TNA to get back into shape. That's the first thing I noticed. He suddenly looks 10 years younger.

It's good seeing Sting with his crow facepaint on, it's been a long time, usually in TNA he'd have some ridiculous version of it that sucks

In the five seconds of that 'it's showtime' video, Sting looked more motivated than he did in TNA for years. I was just watching his final match with Magnus, he reminded me of Flair's final nitro match, he was just sad, he also talked about the tna HOF was just a thing to put him out to pasture, Sting felt as a prisoner of war for years. With less than 5 minutes Sting is a bigger star now than all of his tna tenure, it was like the RVD commercial for money in the bank, shit even the guy who won the tingo's superstar contest looks like a somebody.
