For me it's Dusty. I'll be honest, the usual legends they wheel out.... Piper, Sarge, DiBiase, Snuka etc bore me. Their segments are usually fast-forward moments for me.
I do always enjoy Dusty though. I guess because rather than playing off a dated, 1-dimensional gimmick that looks out of place in today's era, he's developed a character that fits in well. The everyday family guy who will always have his kids back no-matter what. Whether they're right or wrong, Dusty is looking out for them (like when he helped heel Cody set up Rey) which makes him a cool, interesting character.
The rest of the frequent legends though, they just bore me. Mae Young was always good for a laugh though I'll admit. She always managed to entertain.

I found most of Mae Young's comedy funny, I'm afraid. For me it is Piper. He is massively hit and miss, I'll admit. Sometimes you get drunk off his ass Piper who shouldn't be on TV. And some days you get my favourite promo in history - www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-21Xw3kbqg

Stone Cold Steve Austin. And it's not even a comparison. The house goes on fire.

Bob Backlund, I can't tell if he's intentionally acting like Mr. Backlund or if he's always that way.

Dusty and Ron "Farooq" Simmons.
You know why? Because they don't do what Bret, Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels do. Constantly show up, wasting valuable time roughly every 2 or so months. Anybody else think we see a little overkill of those three?

You'd be wrong then. I'm a big fan of the Sarge.

I used to love random Hacksaw matches every 6 months.
That's the perfect use of Legends that can still kinda wrestle. Arrive, HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, Leave for a couple months.

Seeing Dusty, DiBiase, or IRS always makes me smile, especially Ted and IRS together. Money Inc. forever!

I can't lie or make excuses. Any time Hulk Hogan has made a guest appearance for the WWE within the past decade, I've marked out and squealed like a little kid.

My favorite recurring legend is that one day Triple H shall take control of the WWE and turn it into the NWA. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Slaughter, Piper, or Flair
