They're both pretty shitty. Yeah, Roman's looks pretty generic... and Dean's is just lazy.

So on top of getting all the old Hardy Boyz pants, Roman also gets their old logo and Ambrose takes over the spot of "Guy people want more for but constantly gets he ass kicked" from Bryan and gets to use a modified version of his old logo.
Damned budget cutter kicked into recycling mode. WWE going green, just not how Vince would like it.

How lovely when the machine gets behind a guy they make his merch remotely good while Ambrose's shirt is a piece of shit. Also f*** the back of Roman's shirt that's hideous and blatant.

I can't believe that someone in the merch department didn't notice how much that looked like the Hardy logo. Somehow, I see that shirt not lasting too long.
Dean's is a little disappointing, but I think there is potential for a good design with his new logo.

Two shirts aimed at children primarily. How disappointing.

You know what? At least Dean's shirt makes damn sense. It's UNSTABLE written like an unstable person would write it; fine. And his logo is just his initials but mimicking the anarchy symbol. That's actually kinda okay. And it follows rule number one to a good wrestling shirt: it's unidentifiable as a wrestling shirt. It does not follow rule number two: Don't be hideous and stupid.
But Reigns's symbol makes no goddamn sense at all. It's a... railroad spike surrounded by.... fake movie ninja weapons? That have been sloppily spray-painted? The hell is that?
Less said about "one versus all" the better. His catchphrase might as well just be "Trying too hard."

Reigns' logo is fine, but the first itself just looks dull.
The back logo on Ambrose' shirt blown up full size wouldve been fine on the front.

Also Reigns' symbol is supposed to be two stylized "R"s. You have to take into the undeniable fact that being a wrestling fan still bears a lot of stigma. I think a lot of people don't want others' first impression of them to be that they are defined as "wrestling fan." My theory on it has always been that wrestling shirts are aimed so narrowly and squarely at wrestling fans that they make absolutely no sense to the general public. This kind of backs up that "wrestling fans are socially non-functioning and live in a bubble" image that people would rather eliminate. They had might as well be those "Engrish" shirts with writing like "super potato dream" on them. See: Exhibit A: I'm all about wearing wrestling shirts, but I'd rather wear ones that kind of convey "wink, wink - I know this is silly, but that's exactly why I enjoy it so much." I like the nostalgic ones that are still very identifiable as being related to wrestling, but not as... I don't know, weird? See: Exhibit B:

Because society tends to snicker at those who wear wrestling shirts. I've worn wrestling shirts to bars, restaurants, movie theaters, on campus, etc. and I've gotten maybe two comments ever, both from fellow wrestling fans. Nobody has ever said anything negative, and even if they did, it seems really insecure to worry about what other people may or not may think about a t-shirt I wear in public.

I personally don't wear wrestling shirts in public. Nobody says anything negative it's you get this certain look.

Yeah, I've worn wrestling shirts out before and if anyone even mentioned it it was positive... or they didn't care.

See: Exhibit B: I get what you mean, but a lot of that I think has more to do with some (okay, a lot) of wrestling shirts being gaudy and terrible design-wise, rather than them explicitly being wrestling shirts. That Macho Man one is obviously a wrestling shirt, for instance, as is the classic Hulkamania shirt, the Hot Rod shirt, the Edge and Christian "Charlie's Angels" parody shirt, etc.

look, it's not their fault that they kept asking Dean to come up with ideas for a shirt and he kept giving them pieces of paper with stuff drawn in feces on it

Reigns' shirt would be better without the shit on the back
Ambrose's shirt would be better with the logo on the back placed on the front and being three times as big.

Its also doesn't help that there is a freaking large WWE patch on the bottom of the shirt. WWE shouldn't be doing that because of the stigma that they have and wrestling fans have. I don't express my fandom publicly unless I see someone wearing a wrestling shirt or someone is talking about it.
