I wonder if The Amazing Race will make any mention whatsoever during Robbie E/Brooke's race?

Rap group Army of the Pharaohs references Kurt Angle in the song Digital War on their new album but I'm pretty sure even after however long it's been they're referencing WWE's Kurt Angle. This kind of thing is why I thought to make this thread? I doubt TNA have been metioned in too many big budget Hollywood movies (Springbreakers notwithstanding), but I figured they'd pop up in other places like on underground rap albums and the like. Any help chazraps ? Since you posted this, I've been racking my brain and, even as someone whose job it is to hear 9-15 new rap projects a week and is a huge wrestling fan, I cannot name a single overtly TNA reference on a rap album.

The various athletes they've brought in got them mentioned on ESPN. Pacman Jones, Brandon Jacobs, and Bart Scott specifically. Although I had to google Scott's appearance, because all I could remember was a player getting into it with Kurt Angle. Apparently it was during Jeff and Karen's vow renewal.

Wasn't Rellik on the cover of Time magazine when it was discovered that his name actually spelt 'Killer' backwards?

I wanna say Flocka made one or two around LeBron Flocka James era but I can't be certain. I know he's made references to Bret Hart among others.

Hogan was on the 4th Hour of the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda, right after the sex tape came out. Natural they had to mention that, but for about a couple of minutes, they did take about the PPV that was coming up.

When you look at it, TNA's actually had a lot of cross media exposure that for some reason they have never tried to use. Say what you will about Vince McMahon's repeated attempts to "go Hollywood," but it definitely raised the WWF's profile and expanded the audience back in the day and has kept them fairly prominent in pop culture to this day. TNA could have stood to follow the example.

Probably doesn't count due to it being a Spike series, but around Season 2 of Blue Mountain State, there were more than a few TNA T-shirts on campus. Think I also saw a Joe/RVD match on a TV in the Goat House once. Similar Jeff Hardy was on an episode of Inkmaster. Also Foley was on the Daily Show at one point and had a TNA t-shirt on.

He also appeared on the rally Stewart had with Colbert, and got a pop from 250 000 thousand people, tna being tna never mentioned it on tv. That's when the relationship between foley and them turned sour, I've never understood why they never showed the footage, but it was during the Hogan administration, maybe he had something to do with it.

It's sad how hard it is for me to come up with a time where TNA was actually promoted. Probably the most mainstream was coverage of Pacman, but that was just about Pacman, TNA didn't really get anything from it.

Not what OP was going for at all but the TNA chant at December to Dismember, an event which somewhat comically ended with Lashley as Champ by the end of the show. so basically if Lashley becomes champ anywhere, the company is going under? could be a new gimmick. "see Bobby Lashley fight for <X> World championship. the fate of company is at stake! really! we mean it!! Have you seen what this guy's done in other places when he becomes champ?"
