Seeing as he's my all time favorite I'd say yes.

Without doubt. Excellent in ring performer, excellent on the mic, popular as a heel or face and has also enjoyed the ability to re-invent himself before the crowds get entirely bored of his act.
Jericho easily ticks all the imaginary boxes to become an all time great. .

Easily in the top 5 greatest of all time for me. Always on the top of his game and always ahead of 90% of the people around him in every imaginable way.

I know the term gets thrown around a lot, but Jericho is one of the most decorated wrestlers of all time. The guy is in his forties and he can still go with guys over a decade younger than him.
Easily among the top 20 IMO.

Absolutely. One of the best all round performers every, solid in every category. That said, I think the best use for him at this point is to put younger talent over and help move them up the roster. Same applies to RVD.

...the fact the dudes never had a serious injury and puts on world class matches is amazing, that alone makes him an all time great IMO

This is going to be a horribly unpopular comment, so be forewarned. If there was a 'dislike' button, I'm willing to bet that it will be furiously clicked by many, but...
If you ignore how he has been booked, I think that Chris Jericho is higher than the Undertaker on the 'all-time greats' list.
Jericho has wrestled around the world and flawlessly adapted his style to suit wherever he is. He puts on consistently good matches (I would have trouble finding a Chris Jericho match that I could confidently label as 'bad') and has been doing so for over 20 years. He's a master on the microphone and genuinely cares about elevating new talent. Every time he returns, he does it because he loves the business and does not care about winning or losing. Take someone like HBK who needs to trade wins with someone in a feud. Jericho jobs. All the time.
The Undertaker has been well-protected for most of his WWE career so he comfortably goes out there, does his job, calls it a month. Someone like Chris Jericho has been given the shit end of the stick booking-wise on more occasions than I can count and yet still tries his hardest to get that awful angle over.
I salute you, Chris Jericho.

I don't care for none of this "tier" business. He's unquestionably an all-time great.

I don't think the way a guy is booked can be overlooked so easily. Jericho is a HOF guy of course, but in the real world he'd be a guy that waited a couple of years to get in (like Ryne Sandberg or someone). But man, has there ever been a worse booked major star than Jericho? The guy jobbed clean to Chyna, had to pick up Stephanie's dog poop, was fired on the air repeatedly and humiliated, and has had his dubious comebacks where he jobs to everyone. In his current run I think WWE may have wised up a bit since he has at least been winning more en route to putting over Bray Wyatt in a blow off, but at this point losing to Jericho is kind of a bad loss.
To veer into kayfabe territory, here's some questions: Minus run ins, who wins a match between Jericho and Austin? Jericho and Undertaker? Jericho and HHH? Jericho and Cena? I couldn't seriously say Jericho in any of those matches. The Rock is really the only top guy he's probably 50/50 against. I'd say Van Dam has probably beaten Jericho 2/3 of the time. I guess my point here is that there is a disconnect between how WWE portrays Jericho (all time superstar) and how he actually has been used.

Yes, but I wish he would take things more seriously, either be a rockstar or a wrestler, his heel turn was awesome, but I find him stale nowadays, he isn't good, he is great, and you know Vince, in a heartbeat, would write the show around him, if the sexybeast would make the WWE his number one priority.

I'd say he's one of the greats for sure. Also guys like say RVD etc for me, especially for his work in the 90s and early 2000s, ditto for Y2J. All time great to me doesn't mean they have to be a giant star like Hulk or Austin, and doesn't mean they even need a great push. Guys like Y2J are the glue of the show, and for me as a viewer that kind of guy is about as good as it gets.

He's the type of guy who - if he actually announced he was retiring - would go into the HOF as a headliner immediately. He has been one of the best wrestlers in the world for about 20 years now. The only reason he didn't really get a run as THE guy during the Attitude Era is because he ended up in the E during the prime Austin-Rock years, but has his popularity ever really waned? It doesn't seem like it. His career is sort of unparalleled in terms of combining quality ring work, mic work, and having charisma to spare over such a prolonged period. Tip of the hat to Y2J.

As much as Triple H would hate it, Y2J is at the same level as he is.
Jericho had an amazing career without even being used properly for most of it.
-That phantom WWE title win he had vs Triple H would have killed the careers of a lot of wrestlers, but he bounced back.
-In a ton of feuds with Triple H, and I don't think he even ever won a match, still bounced back
-Forced to do the co-IC champ thing with Chyna, still bounced back
-Put on the dark match after main eventing WM, bounced back
-All of his WCW career happened, still bounced back, and was even the most entertaining thing on Nitro for a while.
-He made the Fandango feud work
Even if you forget about his amazing stuff, he should just be a HOF'er for all the times he's been given chicken shit, and made chicken salad out of it.

Jericho is an All Time Great[TM].
He had a number of runs where he was consistently improving in ring/in storytelling and only really became a GREAT wrestler 2007 onwards (one of the best runs of a heat magnet heal with amazing series of matches with Rey/Shawn Michaels/tags with Show etc) but his character/silly promos and ability to run with the ball when he got a shot made him a tied best midcarder in WCW (tied with Dean Malenko and unsurprisingly their peaks in that company happened when they feuded with one another), the third most over face in WWF in the 2000s (behind Rock & Austin), a guy who even with inconsistent match quality and odd character/heel/face awkwardness from 2002 - 2005 was still largely popular, and who had enough fan support to easily be able to return multiple times.
I often joke about his needless returns/need to lose to everyone, but his longevity, the memories I have of him from various eras in various companies, and the fact at a time when most long term fans had written him off he came out with his undoubtedly BEST run in match & promo & fan response terms.
Can't get much better than that unless we're talking The Rock/Austin/Hogan/Austin/Warrior. He reminds me of Foley in many regards, always over, worked in tons of places and was always loved by fans, broke the glass ceiling, and even with moments of booking oddness they still did their best and got cheered/booed with it.
